What a great spot to watch trains! Really enjoyed the quiet moments when you could hear the waves lapping up against the shore. Quite a variety of trains too, thanks John!
I have seen engines pushing Amtrak consists on the Northeast Corridor and I can surmise it to be a fairly common practice. I would like to translate representative examples of such trains to my future N-scale layout. Which types of Amtrak trains would be in a push-pull configuration and what determines this?
