Honestly if I saw an injured survivor taking a hit for a healthy survivor I would immediately be suspicious and wait for the DH. Good play tho!
I would have still made this play without DH because I was injured and would rather lose one Health state than her lose 2.

@LifeHandz LEMONS! Yeah it's 50/50. You might be high on adrenaline and in the moment, and not really thinking straight. Or you could have a moment of genius where your brain hesitates knowing something is off.

What happened was me and two more guys, a depes could not be hooked and he was near the gate with the killer nearby what did I do I realized that the killer was going to lie down Because he was hurt what I did when the killer was going to stab me I got in front I took the hit and he and I ran to the gate

Obvious killer mistake. If i see someone just running into me with exposed that's just too good to be not rigged with DH or any other endurance perk, and in 99% of situations it is.
