Thanks for this. I can't find this book anywhere and I'd heard it had some fantastic references and process works inside (it definitely does) so at least I got a peak.

I contacted the publisher and it's sold out plus they are no longer producing it (no longer in print). I wanted to buy it too! Now it's a collectible and the price has SHOT UP to $150-$300.

@@loverofstarz yeah you can only get it from resellers and the cost is ridiculous. Luckily I don't need to hold the book I just need to see the images to learn from them so this works just fine for me.

@@loverofstarz It's ridiculous, they made a small print and never reprited it. Fortunately someone uploaded the book on the internet archive.

I cant believe the price of this book now. Would have loved to have it but not for 200 bucks.
