- These videos have been a long time in the making. In October 2019, I embarked on a 5 night cruise to Tasmania (with port stops in Hobart and Port Arthur) from Sydney, on the then-newest Princess ship, Majestic Princess.
In this series, you can follow along and experience the ports of call, ship and dining tours, and more!
In this Day 1 Vlog, you'll join me as we board the ship, and then take a look at some of the public areas including the Lido Deck, the main pool area, the Sports Court, the Wake View Bar, the World Fresh Marketplace Buffet, the Hollywood Pool Club as well as the Piazza, Bistro Sur La Mer and more!
Plus enjoy sail-away from Sydney, one of my favourite parts of any cruise and from the most spectacular city on the planet.

Enjoyed it very much ! This was a review - Ma’ and I think it’s our favorite ship - even stacked up against the Sky ! We lucked out , going on the Majestic to Alaska September ‘21 -😀. O’ for me I absolutely loved the conservatory -👍 reminded me of a very large outdoor sun room,
Spent a lot of quiet time (transatlantic) there to relax and catch a sports game or two ✅.
