Really good list. One of my favourite solos is the Solo from Sick Sad Little World by Incubus because it’s really unconventional with very different sounding parts and great use of different effects. Of course it is not as classic as the ones you picked.
Thank you so much for watching! What a cool choice! Yes, Mike Einzinger is a phenomenal guitar player. Talk about an atmosphere creator. Definitely deserves a spot in the pantheon of great guitarists. Appreciate you being here!
Good list no doubt. 👌 Would have liked to seen Eric Clapton, Let it Rain. Or maybe even Robby Krieger, Light My Fire. 🎸 🌟 💫 💛 And one of many by George Harrison. But I get it, it's really a generational thing. 🤔 All good. Still a good list.👍Cheers
Oh damn Let it Rain is so good! Clapton is definitely in my top 30-50 though. What’s your favorite George Harrison solo? Definitely some of the best riffs of all time are George Riffs for sure. Appreciate you watching!
wow, I mean this list is so unique, its not my favorite, no stairway to heaven or no tornado of souls solo hurts though and I have never in a million years expected a god that failed solo to be a top 5 best of all time, but I appreciate it nevertheless.
Man, picking 20 was hard! I’m positive I left off some incredible ones but from me all of these together are my Favorite embodiment of the instrument. That said, Tornado of Souls is so killer. It would be Hangar 18 for me, but the next era of this list will have something from them. I really appreciate you watching all the same!
There can be only 20! Also those solos are in literally every other list, so they’ll get their time in the sun for sure. Rock Bottom though? Probably one of the top 5 guitar riffs of all time! Appreciate you being here and watching!
Stairway Denied!😅 That's a great solo I just never really resonated with it in the same way as others. Definitely in the top 100 though! If I could only pick one Slash solo it would still be Sweet Child since it's kinda like getting 2 killer solos for one. But November Rain is so good too. Thank you for watching!
Schenker in live version of Rock Bottom from Strangers in the Night gets perpetually omitted because of politics. Oh, he influenced more future axeman than most...😮
Really! Picking 20 is super hard. No Clapton, Schon or SRV either - all of which I love. Page is rad and for me, he’s definitely in the top 50. He’s on every other list though, ever, so I don’t think he’ll feel too slighted. Appreciate you watching!
😅 I hear ya! It's so hard with only 20 but I have big love for Marty Friedman and Dave Mustaine. Hangar 18 would definitely make my top 30-50. What's your favorite?
That’s why I made you a playlist friend! Anyways do you really want to hear commentary over the solos themselves? Regardless, I did try to post it with the original solos and I got take down notices from most of the artists. This is what I was able to share, short of learning all the solos and playing them myself. Appreciate you watching all the same!

Not a bad list although I was surprised not to see Crossroads or The Supernatural.
Crossroads is so good! I could see that in my top 50 for sure. Do you have a favorite version?

Check out the solo in the song "Icy" by Vain.
I definitely will, thank you! Stoked you’re here.
no hotel california? no stairway to heaven? no rock bottom? come on guys...

Sir Jeff beck freeway jam
Great solo, you're so right! Definitely belongs in the extended edition.
im only here expecting sultans of swing, then clicked like and leave.
😂 I tried so hard to leave it off, but it really does do a special thing. Glad you came here at all!
@@BradDollar actually most of them are on my top 10
You could pick November Rain Solo and Stairway to heaven 😢
Stairway Denied!😅 That's a great solo I just never really resonated with it in the same way as others. Definitely in the top 100 though! If I could only pick one Slash solo it would still be Sweet Child since it's kinda like getting 2 killer solos for one. But November Rain is so good too.

Rock Bottom is definitely on the best riffs of all time though! I should probably do that list next.
Really appreciate you watching!
So no Prince 😮
Absolutely. Prince was incredible. His rock and roll hall of fame solo on while my guitar gently weeps is a hallmark for me for sure.
Only picking 20 is hard!
Appreciate you watching!
You must have never heard "Maggot Brain".
Great record! Appreciate you watching.
What’s your favorite solo off of that album?
No Jimmy Page? Really?
Really! Picking 20 is super hard. No Clapton, Schon or SRV either - all of which I love. Page is rad and for me, he’s definitely in the top 50. He’s on every other list though, ever, so I don’t think he’ll feel too slighted.

No Megadeth solos = Bad list
😅 I hear ya! It's so hard with only 20 but I have big love for Marty Friedman and Dave Mustaine. Hangar 18 would definitely make my top 30-50. What's your favorite?
@@BradDollar yeah hangar18 has my favorite solos too.
Holy wars dave mustaine solo is also one of the best
You said this is going to be a "face-melting" video; yet there is no music. Click bait.
