Gotta stop punching that trigger! Try the silverback release. Tension release. And watch everything John Dudley! Nick on tv!

Hey bro, just some knowledge for you. When adjusting your sight/pins follow the arrow impact. For instance, if your shooting right then move the sight to the right. If your shooting low move the pin down. With your grip, dont squeeze the bow when you shoot leave your fingers loose, if you pay attention to your hand on the video when you shoot you grip tighter as you shoot, that will torque the bow and move your point of impact.

Thanks bro! Yeah working on the loose grip so I don't torque my shots. It's a bad habit I am trying to break!

When sighting your bow you have to follow the arrow

Here’s how the pulling thru the shot technique beats trigger punching. The human brain can not do two conscious actions simultaneously. Even putting food in your mouth and starting to chew are separate actions but you’ve done it so much it’s automatic. The thing about learning to hook your finger deeply, inside joint, and learning to use those back muscles to do a controlled pull is it will become 99% automatic. And you will be able to fully focus eyes on the spot to hit. There will not be any watching the pin drive by and timing your punching. You will learn that by the time the pin has settled down into the smallest float pattern you will automatically already begun to pull thru without really even thinking about. You will shoot enough so your brain basically does it all. All you need to do to is project your mind down range with all your focusing ability. This will need to be a serious commitment for hundreds of serious trading shots. I’m dead serious Mr. Try it.

Thank you! The amount of information and time you took to write this is very helpful. I have read this comment over many times now and appreciate the level of help! I have trigger/target panic, I didn't even realize I had it. But reading this watching the other videos it is very obvious. Thank you again! Keep Reppin!!

Gotta STOP PUNCHING that trigger. Hook that finger deeply over the trigger and then without moving that finger at all pull thru the shot with your back muscles. Just pull straight back. Seriously, look up “ bow only outdoors “ and watch his learning videos. Has a great one on setting up and using an index trigger release. If you will commit a few hundred shots you will not believe the results. GUARANTEED MR! You have good form it appears and you’re strong so getting a new technique down won’t be a problem for you.

I just watched the video you recommend... It was very insightful... I am gonna practice his technique and work a system in my head for every pull. I saw he was practicing release at like 5 yards which i think is a great way for me to practice just the release without worrying about where the arrow will go!

Hahahahaha!!!!... You just need to practice more... It's not like a rifle... Maybe you need to drop your poundage down to 50 and work up to 70?????
