Justin Trudeau tried twice to obtain a science degree and had to drop out both times. He knows nothing about climate science and even less about mitigation. In fact CityNews is unqualified and does little more than misinform Canadians. Currently EV sales are slumping, Honda is the only manufacturer that isn't largely switching back to ICEs or hybrids. Honda is stuck with EVs because it made no provision to build hybrids, so despite the failure of its first EV, which failed miserably and is being taken out of production, they are rolling the dice on EVs. Trudeau is going to roll our tax dollars with the big loser.

The PM was actually quite clear and articulate in this interview. I think long form conversations like these are needed from our leaders to fully flesh out their positions.

The reporter is far to accepting, and far less critical of Trudeau's answers to the questions than he should be. There is enough evidence available for the reporter to effectively dismiss Trudeau's answers on the many questions put to him but that would probably cause Trudeau to leave the room.
I thank Trudeau for finding common ground for all Canadians. Their hate for this Liberal-NDP government. What a legacy:)

$5 BILLION for a 1000 jobs that is $ 5 million per job. If the average worker makes $100,000 per year and pays 30% taxes($30,000) it will take over 166 years to get this money back. Listening to this, confirms Trudeau is not capable of thinking Big picture. This is low resolution thinking. He is not capable of seeing the big picture, because he does not understand Canada's contribution to CO2 and the insignificant effects.
Canada is not a competitive country Globally in manufacturing. In the past 8 months federal contributions for battery, car plants, tire plants have amounted to over $2 million dollars for job created. This is not good business, not sustainable and every dollar has to be borrowed with generational interest payments. He needs to go, the sooner the better.
