I've been watching your channel for a few years now and can usually find something wrong with a boat. Wrong colors, wrong layout, compromised engine room, etc. For the first time, I don't have anything I'd change. Of course I don't have $6.6M, but this is, in my opinion, 100% perfect. Thanks so much to you and Princess for showing us around an absolutely gorgeous, perfect yacht!
I think this is my new favorite yacht. A little pricy in my opinion but by far, one of the more stylish yachts I’ve seen for a sub-100ft boat. Great job on the overview of this yacht. It is very beautiful
It is truly amazing how, as I’ve been learning and admiring from Nick’s superb reviews, 6.6 million dollars can be spent in MANY different ways, configurations, sizes… Obviously this boat is for the discerning customer with top top quality and essential, and money being no object. Yet as much as I admire this beautiful boat, I continue to imagine OTHER potential options that kind of money could obtain…
Sure you can find bigger boats with more stuff on them for half the price. But you also have to understand you could buy a Hyundai. Four half the price of a Cadillac You get what you pay for
@Navy1977my yacht needs, in my current economic situation, is a free yacht. But I thank you for your expertise! I shall contact a broker as soon as I am able!
Yes. Not all are Western owned now though, a bit like Lotus and Volvo. I hope the R&D and manufacturing doesn't get outsourced abroad for any of them, as that's when things tend to go wrong, and the heritage is lost as there is no knowledge passed down over time. Jaguar Land Rover has done well under foreign ownership though, but their engineers and manufacturing remain in the UK, good talent and close to the factories, helps a lot with ironing out production problems, effective communication and oversight of the production process, and when they outsource to the Far East for price due to a line in a spreadsheet it all goes t*ts up from an engineering point of view, unless closely monitored.
@@timk3939 still boat yards and sheds where boats are still made. So not so sure if skills are lost. Fairline are quite inland so boats trucked out to Lincolnshire coast. But definitely made from hull to final fit out in. Britain.
Yes indeed. You lose the flow of information when things are outsourced too far away. When you bump into someone and have a 5 minute chat in the corridor the legacy is preserved, when you're emailing someone or just sending them a spreadsheet you lose the richness of a decent face to face conversation. For srtictly technical things like manufacturing it can be okay, but my experience of outsourcing to China is that the companies set up to make money, buy some expensive kit, and their engineers have no troubleshooting skills or depth of knowledge about the process in question. Their lack of ingenuity or critical thinking was astounding to me. As an engineer all I wanted to do was solve problems but it was excrutiating having to do all of the thinking. And it all comes home to roost. I know outsourcing to China can be successful, but for low volume manufacturing it is not worth the effort in my opinion, as you need so many people to lay down specifications, scrutinise and monitor the end result, and communication is an added pressure.@@mohammednadeemanwar2213
Sign me up Nick! I’m sold😎 This vessel just exudes quality throughout. No short cuts anywhere. It’s the perfect live aboard sport cruiser. Upwards of 40 knots is insane!
What can you say, its a Princess. They just ebb elegance through out. As you said you pay for the quality. Every inch of her is stunning. A boat to be a proud owner of. You never one day we mightboth have one. Thank you so much Nick for taking us on a tour of her
Lovely boat. The Princess S class is a perfect blend of sporty and comfortable. I would love a look at the new S65 as well! It looks to be the perfect size in my opinion. Simple layout without too much extra stuff, yet roomy, and with just a single, accentuating step between the two upstair zones; sleeps two families; side door access for easy owner operation; a dream boat!
🦘🇦🇺 Astonishing ! Spellbound on the number of panels that hide all sorts of things, from storage to cellars. I would sooo love to see Princess do a 40-45 m version. It would be jaw dropping & perhaps give Benetti something to think about. But 38kts, wow. Thanks for the mirror wave Nick. There was a Princess 72 at the last Sydney Boat Show but it wasn’t the ‘S’ This ‘S’ is quite impressive. Thanks Nick, another fabulous job 🙏
Yeaaaah, finaly 😁 I have waited a long time for a guided tour of the S72 from our very special guide: Nick 😊 What a dream yacht: comfort, speed and satin walnut wood in the very spacious cabins 😊 Thank you so much for this long detailed tour Nick, I truely loved it 🤗
Nick, your bravery is commendable - the way you rigorously test the effectiveness of the soft-close mechanisms on the droors, with or without crockery inside, is inspiring! We should all be so bold ;-)
What a magnificent yacht! This is the peak of owner/operator size of yacht and would be the lottery win yacht of choice for me! My only decision would be to berth in the South of France or the Aegean! Thank you Nick as always for another fantastic tour and review!
A fab addition to the Princess range, but my favorite is still the F 70. A great fan of your show and all the details you present of each boat. Many thanks
A beautiful beautiful vessel, indeed. And very well thought utilization of guest and engineering spaces. Kudos to Princess for this one and to Nick for sharing it with all of us!
Another great and practical design with high quality finishes. Easily live aboard for quite some time. For that I’d add extra refrigeration to the crew cabin. 10/10 as usual Nick.

A majorly enjoyed it, Nick! Princess really does put out exquisitely beautiful boats. This one just really resonates with me. In and out... Absolutely Gorgeous! Thank you again for showing this particular boat.
Hi Nick, And thank you for this empresive show of this beautiful Princess S72 what a big yacht this is and so much to see It was a long time ago when you did the last Princess on Aquaholic four cabins with 3 heads the big salon with galley dining and lower bridge in the same space looks great a smaller crew space but need Thanks Nick what a start off this week ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very nice yacht, real performance from powerful engines. Master cabin is very elegantly appointed. The SeaKeeper is a great option to have installed from the get go Thanks for the tour Nick
There is a lot that can be said about the s72. I’ve been a huge fan of the s class since the s65 was launched in 2015 later replaced by updated s66, the best looking boat in decades in its category imo. But the s72 is just a masterpiece in every way! The hard top isn’t necessary and it looks so much better without it. I had a pleasure to be on this boat for a day at my local dealer in Sweden, and wow! What a boat and with the 1800hp man v12s it’s crazy how this boat accelerates when you go full throttle. Then the design and attention to detail in everything from the helm position to the cabins is just perfect! Princess at its very best! This and the Sunseeker predator 75 are om Top of my list

It looks like a timeless luxury hotel. Everything is so well proportioned too, enough space to feel spacious everywhere, but not so much you feel lost, it retains a cosy feel throughout. Only criticisms are the fading on the flybridge table in the gap between the leaves, on an almost brand new boat, surely some UV protectant oil of some kind could be applied, and the squeaky wet bar and fridge hinges up on the flybridge.
