I came to Christ while married to a believer who grew up in the church, but left. My husbands family is still part of it and we pray for my husbands return. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

More danger that you probably don't have time to go into. If a boyfriend proposes to his girlfriend, especially if they have only been dating a short time, with 1 Corinthians 7:9, watch out! Yes, 7:11 can be a basis for life-saving divorce. But then they can never re-marry? Or can they after a certain period of time? But obviously the first focus would be, getting to a safe place, getting help as needed, and focusing on re-building a life for themself and for any children that are there. Thank you Pastor Paul for having helped in the process. I hope and pray your community keeps on helping them as singles/single parents and encouraging them in their gifts no matter what they are
Basically if you have little or no desire for sex intimacy and pro creation there is no need to be married and give up your freedom and way of living life
Sex isn't the only reason to get married, marriage helps people who are selfish to live outside themselves and help them be selfless... a spouse is your best mirror, and a great way to use God's creation and plan for sanctification. What do you mean by freedom? In Christ? Or in this world?
It is written that it is not good for man to be alone. It is God will for us to be together as one in the union of marriage. We are incomplete when separated but complete when the man and the woman are together. Man is not defined by Websters he's defined by the spiritual nature of his being. Before anyone get offended answer this. What does the rib symbolize which was remove from man and put within the woman?
I am married but when this marriage is over (through death) i will remain single. I agree with Apostle Paul, its better to be single that take another husband...
I completely understand what u mean…there is a masculinity & femininity unity. GOD wants US to have this. Butttt~ be on the same page. I personally have no clue why someone would be married to an unbeliever., didn’t they know one another during the “courtship”. And listen up folks, you can’t change ANYONE. You’re not GOD! And even GOD GIVES MANKIND FREE WILL!

@@edengonzalez2792 You've got to be careful with that: when I was a new convert, I was going to do the same thing, but a good brother pointed out that my girlfriend could fake conversion in order to get married to me. So I laid out clearly to her the gospel, and that I wanted to do right before God. She offered to introduce me to her new boyfriend. 🤷🏼♂️ (About a year later God brought my amazing wife into my life!) Obviously only God knows the heart, but Jesus also said that you know the tree by it's fruit. So if your boyfriend does convert, you'll need to give it some time to see genuine fruit of the Spirit in his life. Please be careful with this issue! I have a precious woman and her daughter in my church, and the woman was deceived by a man in this same situation. He accompanied her to church, changed many visible things in his life, etc. But as soon as they married, she woke up in an absolute nightmare. The man was unbelievably abusive, and did things I can't even mention to her and her daughter. He played the part of a Christian all the way until they married. PLEASE pray through this well, study your Bible, and seek wise counsel from a godly pastor! God bless!

Wait on God Dear Friend, marriage to an unequally yoked spouse or nonbeliever can be lonely also. I’ve lived this scenario. Wait on God’s Will to be done, not yours dear friend.
Be careful, it's not good to get married because of loneliness....you can end up very lonely within a marriage as well. Connect with other Godly, single women for support and fellowship for now.
Singleness is a gift... And if you can abstain God bless you.... But if you cannot. It's better to marry than to burn with passion.
