John 16:12-15 12“I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. 13But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. 14He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. 15All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.” Praying through John 16:13 Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of the indwelling Holy Spirit. We pray that we may have ears that are spiritually attuned to hear His voice, eyes that are willing to see spiritual truths, a heart that is submitted to His guidance and correction, and a teachable spirit so that in His grace we may be guided into all truth. This we ask in Jesus' name, AMEN.
Please do make a video about the verses of 3 and 4 also why do Paul said, "don't you know that, a good people will judge the world? ", so the next sentences 🤔!!?. As more people more ideas can occurs so 🤗hope you understand. Thanks for the good lesson I'd learnt from others videos of yours too. May God bless us and in the name of our Saviour, Lord Jesus Christ Amen,🙏🙏🙏
@Isaiah D Jesus affirmed the covenanted union of one man and one woman as the only normative expression of human sexuality. Even though Jesus didn't explicitly deny homosexuality, you can know his position on marriage.
Is Paul suggesting that we should not stand up for ourselves, even when we're in the right? i.e. we should allow ourselves to be regularly conned, scammed and so on?
I dont think Paul is asking us to be doormats who will let people walk all over us. But the corinthians went to an extent where they were ready to sue eachother and show a bad representation of the gospel and the church. It is important that we ought to love our brothers and sisters in the Lord. "why not rather be wronged"- he said this because when we look at the weight of the forgiveness of God, isn't it more important to maintain the integrity of the church than prove that we are in the right over temporary matters? Hope that explains it a bit :)
What a great study! Thank you for your faithfulness to teach God's word.
One thing I like about him is that he teaches sound teaching and if he is honest with what he doens't know . He doens't make up his own ideologies

1:15 oop- and people say that the Bible doesn't say anything about homosexuality being bad
@Isaiah D Jesus affirmed the covenanted union of one man and one woman as the only normative expression of human sexuality. Even though Jesus didn't explicitly deny homosexuality, you can know his position on marriage.
it still doesn't mean "christians" are supposed to go around condemning unbelievers
