I love love love this collection
I lost my dad 10 years ago this Christmas Eve... this collection spoke to me not only because it's astounding and beautiful but because he always told me I should wear more color.... AND because the migration of the monarchs was a trip we took every few of our 30 plus years together on Earth. I just received the collection (haven't made it home yet. ) SO I'm on the side of the road all swatched up and weeping.

So Beautiful Lora! I'm sorry for your loss. This collection means more to me than you will ever know! I lost both my parents unexpectedly within the last five years now. My mom more recently and she was my everything. You know how Mexican mama's are and the Monarca butterfly was her favorite. We had lived together, spent every minute of the day together and even most nights fell asleep head to head together. And yes I'm over 40 but that's how close we were. She was my everything and we started my RUclips channel together. She was a cosmetologist for 50 years and I grew up around hair and makeup my whole life! She was fine here one minute and out of nowhere gone without any warning! The absolute worst day of my life and everyday is a struggle to get out of bed and live without her and my dad. I've poured my heart into building my beauty channel that her and I created and I refuse to let her down. It's been brutal for me as I've lost everything. She always would tell me, she believes in spirits and her abuelita would tell look for the signs Mejía. My mom loved blush so that's what I got to inspire me on my last video of the year so I hope this does your brand justice and this collection will be my favorite collection of all time because it's never hit home more for me. The butterfly in general is so close to my heart even with my dad as our song was Butterfly kisses. Thank you so much for creating this collection. I'm a smaller RUclips Beauty Influencer so I couldn't afford to get my hands on the entire collection but I hope to get the eyeshadow palette soon as well. I started with the blush because my mom used to say you don't feel good, well go take a shower and puts some blush on you look pale lol. She loved her blush and she loved her butterflies so this hits very close to home for me and I'm dedicating this final RUclips video that I just filmed of 2021 to her in honor of the Monorca Palette! 💖

I cried when I got it on Monday I wasnt ready! I wasn’t even sure I was tracking it but I got it on my Mommas Anniversary of her passing & I just cried so ugly that day then the Mail lady was knocking on the door and I mascara all over and I saw 👀 My collection! I lost my father in January. My parents had been married for 59 and half years. My heart really aches for my Mom 's loss 💔 😢 and I silently grieve for my loss.

Amor y mariposas... my tattoo... but mine is purple instead of blue! I seriously love everything about this collection. My name means butterfly 🦋 as well, so that's an added bonus. I'm gonna have to get the pr box if it's available! Just the other night, I could feel my bff/ cousin/ twin flame/ partner in crime. It was night time, I was emotional & my son comes in my bed and just starts petting me and falls back asleep. It was so sweet. Then, the doors (one of our fave bands, the lighter of hers that I took after she passed to light the candle next to my bed that night) live in concert came on. I just felt at peace. She's been gone for 3 (!! Shit!!) Years but it feels like forever. She's the strongest presence that comes thru to me. Rip Toni, and to all our dearly departed... until we meet again. 😇💜
