Attended to reports of leak
Arrived to find kitchen ceiling leaking from light fixture and electricity tripped off
Arrived to reports that previous shower wasn’t shutting off so an emergency plumber was called in
Arrived to reports that emergency plumber removed previous shower isolated hot and cold and took old shower away and promised to return with a similar shower the following day for replacement
Kitchen ceiling below shower started leaking few hours later and hot water also stop flowing from taps
Arrived and investigated to find that shower hot and cold pipes have been isolated incorrectly causing hot water issues and leaks into kitchen ceiling
Corrected isolation on pipes and stopped leak
Identified, ordered and installed new shower
