  • Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio -- An officer was patrolling when they noticed a vehicle run two red lights while traveling at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted and one of the men admitted to be carrying a firearm on their person. They eventually identified themself as "armed private security" who were responding to a call for an "officer" in "distress".
Officers saw "Peace Officer" badges as well as handcuffs. One of the guns was returned as stolen from Birmingham, Alabama. *Officers contemplated charging them with impersonation however never did so.* Further investigation also found that they were using red and white lights while they were responding to the "call".
The driver, later identified as Shawn Whitacre, was indicted with the following:
    - Receiving stolen property
The passenger, later identified as Dwayne Jordan, was indicted with the following:
    - Improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle
The passenger was determined to not be apart of the security company. They have plead not guilty.
Please note: the title of this video should not be taken as fact, is is my interpretation and opinion of the incident. If you think they weren't acting like cops, let me know in the comments. However, based upon my own opinion I believe they were acting like cops (due to the "peace officer" badge, red/white lights, and them stating that they were responding to a call)
⚠️ Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All suspects featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law ⚠️

It’s mind-boggling that you’re not thinking deep about how fucked up is actually can be. I find a cop impersonator insanely suspicious, Just think about it. Someone as a cop can “arrest ” someone and actually be kidnapping them in broad daylight. Think about how many people randomly go missing.

@miZ er the recent Wayne Couzens case in the UK is a very scary example of this (although he was police, he was off duty but using his badge, cuffs and car to lure his victim into a false arrest and was then m^rdered). Then another dodgy copper came out who'd been locking women, including other female police officers, in chains in a under stairs cupboard and being repetitively $€》《ually violent. People will use authoritative power, whether real or imagined, to very dangerous lengths. Stay safe out there folks!

Hello ! May Allah protect and guide you to his light and happiness in this life and the hereafter, God bless, Ameen. Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. And terrorists (puppets of the Antichrist) who misinterpret verses, out of ignorance and political motivations, and take them out of historical context (just like radical atheists do by the way), don't help either. Thank you very much for your time.
Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them).
Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.
It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.
(19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad)..
      Salam (Peace) --------

Here's one for the books: My cousin was a deputy sheriff in our county. He was on patrol, stopped at a traffic light. He looks over at the car in the left turn lane next to him and sees two clean cut guys in police uniform. He initiates the stop, waits for backup to arrive, runs the tags, all the usual stuff. Backup arrives. They approach the car and the two men identify themselves as strippers on the way to a bachelorette party!! Vehicle comes back clean, the two guys come back clean as well. They have the men outside the car and they are wearing equipment belts with expandable batons that are dildos, their 'guns' were vibrators, cuffs were fur-lined, etc. lol! They had a printed work order from their company (which was completely legit, btw) and the order says that there is no place they can change into their outfits so they will have to drive while in costume. Turns out that the party was for the Chief of Police's sister-in-law and his wife is the one who ordered the strippers!! So, the deputies, once they knew everything was cool actually gave them an escort to the party and turned their lights on in the parking lot of the hotel!!

Maybe because the reckless operation counts more than a light violation. I could see the light violation falling under the same category as let’s say under glow so I could see in that regard how it could be dismissed however in this circumstance he’s clearly trying to impersonate an emergency vehicle which it is not.

@@jmax.6587 Definitely being lenient here. I would suggest that's not a bad position to have. Guy here in the wrong is being punished for a crime. No need to trump up multiple charges for the same mistake. Ideally, guy in wrong will learn a valuable life lesson here.
One time I got pulled over because I was coming home from work at 1am and cop was clearly having a bad day. I was respectful and obeyed all commands but I still got multiple tickets over what I call "bs". Ticket 1: doing 2 miles over the speed limit going DOWN a 50ft hill. Ticket 2: "improper lane usage" while avoiding a LARGE pothole that bottoms out EVERY vehicle I've ever ridden in. Ticket 3: vehicle exhaust too loud, even though this is an outright lie. It was a 2003 Saturn and the muffler had been tested and was under spec (if anything, it was rather quiet).
The real scenario: It was my girlfriend's car (mine was in the shop) and I was driving home at 1AM with a co-worker that had long hair. Cop thought he hit the jackpot of a bunch of underage teenage girls. Cop kept interrogating us for over an hour like we had done something wrong. In actuality, HE was breaking the law in the process by extending the stop beyond a reasonable amount of time for a moving violation.
I digress but leniency doesn't go unnoticed and getting picked on isn't a very pleasant experience. It leads to the erosion of public trust and since that day, knowing the lengths a police officer will go to after having a bad day to create a false narrative still upsets me. P.S. All tickets were immediately thrown out of court and the judge was astounded (he knows the area very well too; same pot-hole, small community). He was flabbergasted, so to speak. Told me he was going to have words with the officer (which funnily enough, missed the court date). Huge respect for the judge at the time, unfortunately he's been replaced with a judge who is so "buddy-buddy" with the cops, everything they say goes.
I lost $160 that day by missing out on work. At that time, both of my parents were unemployed due to layoffs so I was the only person bringing in financial stability. That single day I lost out on put my family in the unfortunate position of picking between electric bill or rent that month. We had almost enough but could not pick either unless paid in full. Where is my justice for that unfortunate incident? I'll never see justice thanks to something called qualified immunity, which protects police officers and their lies. Now, I record EVERY interaction with them. I'm not doing it for views or clicks, I do it for my safety.
      Apologies for the rant.

Here's an example why its so dangerous. When i was in college in 2012 there was a guy in alabama who was driving around the country roads at night posing as a police officer and he would pull young women over and put them in cuffs and sexually assault them. I was talking to somebody about this the other day and for some reason we cant find the story online. It was huge news around our college campus even though it wasn't happening near us. It was somewhere in south Alabama where alot of young college girls would be driving at night heading to the beach. Seriously terrifying how many psychos are out there

      @islamisthetruewaytogod6812 Год назад

      @islamisthetruewaytogod6812 Год назад

I was working at a fuel dock in a remote south eastern Alaskan fishing village. I ran gas/diesel pumps, pumped fuel off a ship into a tank farm, and pumped heating fuel around the boardwalk to cabins and lodges. Doesn't seen exciting. But so many people I met were so jealous. I had a 4 hour break mid day which allowed me to go salmon fishing before, during and after my work day. In a place no roads went to, that people came to from around the world to go fishing at. When he started walking towards the other person’s car, I was thinking, “Where is he going?” And then immediately stopped and mumbled something about not being sure about something. And then he asked his superior if he could go into the car and the superior told him that they would need consent. This is beautiful! At lot of officers would have just dug around in the car with no consent and the supervisor would have backed them up on it. It’s clear that he wasn’t sure how far his authority extended, and instead of ignoring that lack of knowledge, he got a proper answer from someone who DOES know the law. Very well done.
