If you tell a Cast Member it’s your birthday they’ll give you a sticker. Every time a CM sees you wearing the sticker they’ll say ‘Happy Birthday!’ It’s very cute for the first hour, but gets a little tiring by the end of the day 😅

It does not! It’s quite far from the guests area so you probably wouldn’t be able to hear even if it did
