It’s kinda fucked up to think after everything Steven has been though, his death was more rejoiced then his birth… yellow diamond being the only one to survive is a very nice touch though, not only does it show how powerful she is, but she can also bring back to “life” the gems that pink shattered.
This is such a depressing AU but yet so interesting. I'm glad you also made Rose Diamond into somewhat of an anti-hero like she's supposed to be. She hurt the others around her but only because of the loss of her son. And it also leaves a lot of questions on how the other gems feel about the death of Steven + the resurgence of Rose/Pink Diamond.
I hope Lapis+Bismuth+Peridot actually cared about steven,and that’s why they stayed at the temple. This seems so interesting,I need more!❤Also in Future it would also explain why peridot,lapis,bismuth gave steven something to remember them of because they truly loved steven.

i dont think steven could die, due to him having healing powers, and whenever he cries, some of those tears get onto his skin, basically making his human half immortal and due to not being able to be poofed or shattered (bc his human half would compensate for his missing light half when he has been poofed) he would be immortal in the human half and gem half, so he is basically god
we saw diamonds can create powers out of nowere being developed by emotions. if steven wanted to die he would be able to. he is half human, which means he could deatach of his gem side and somehow use the diamond powers to make that gem part poof, since they are DIAMONDS and their powers are always changing.
I feel sorry for Rose Diamante, she lost her son right when she graduated and destroyed almost all the gems around her because she was very confused and cool because of the loss of Steven 😭✨

Each diamond represents something for instance white represents mentality, yellow represents the physical, blue represents emotion while pink represents spirit, it's something I figured out when I thought about there abilities and such

It may be that Steven is the only immortal human being, because if gems do not die from disease or old age and have the power of transformation, it means that he can keep transforming and as long as his stone is not damaged he can live forever and is capable of it be able to transfer the stone to a son or daughter.

would steven even die? his body generates spit which causes him to hael of any damage in a second. if he had cancer or had a heart a ttack or a disease. he would live through it. but being too old his organic side couldnt take it and die but then be healed by the gem side. i can imagine it being very painfull

Steven can die of old age only. And his gem would most likely deactivate after he dies instead of turning back to pink diamond or rose quartz.

se ve genial y la idea está interesante, pero aún le falta pulir un poco, yo creo que más diálogos y un dibujo acabado harán que se vea muchísimo mejor.
