@@eduardocardoso4265; no, not the proper uniform. a commission officer would not have an NCO stripe, plus improper position for the stripe. a General would have stars where the BDU. would have had buttons. the US ARMY/Name tag in the wrong place, US ARMY on the left side above the pocket/name tag on the right above the pocket. no medals would be on the BDUs. that would make it an improper uniform. {UCMJ}

The title says Sergeant but the script says Major General. And, not likely a Lt. doing regular patrol and his supervisor,. a Captain or above sure won't drive out of the office to arbitrate a dispute.
