Hi, Joan, it looks great. Awesome job with your 3-hole pamphlet stitch. I don't make a Christmas journal or December Daily as we don't have that much going on in December, and nothing of interest to document LOL, but it's fun to see what others are making. I'm hoping to put together a journal on Jesus' birth that I can use for a scripture journal, but I'm waiting for my HP Instant Ink to arrive. So much for their slogan of "never run out of ink." It's not HP's fault but the Canada Post strike has interfered with my printing in a big way. I'm glad the postal strike will be over tomorrow but they said the backlog is about 6 weeks. I'm going to hold on to your box until sometime in the new year, hoping that's okay with you. Jett looks adorable as always. I think I read that essential oils might be harmful for cats but if you find out they are okay, please let me know as I stopped using my diffuser for that reason. I just posted a poll on my Community tab of my YT channel asking who would like to see a process video of me making some pockets etc and placing them and other ephemera in the journal and then a flip through video after that, or just a flip through video. Yes, wait until after the new year to mail the box please. I know things will be crazy busy with the PO for some time. My cat leaves the room now when I use my diffuser. I make sure I don't have it on my skin where she may lick if off or it may rub off on her fur. I also make my mixes really light, very little oil to the water in my diffuser. I do use peppermint and eucalyptus and lemon plus more and she has not been bothered by any (yet). I believe it is because I make the mix so weak. The main concern is not to let cats ingest the oil or get it on their skin or fur. If I use any in the tub I always wash it out really good also because Jett likes to bring her toys in the (dry) tub sometimes to play with. Have a wonderfully blessed week. ☺♥
@JoansJunkJournalsAndMore Oh thanks so much for the info, Joan, that is a relief to know about the essential oils not bothering Jett. I would enjoy seeing you add pockets and ephemera, yes, please. And I just realized I forgot to share a Bible verse on one of the names of Jesus - Matthew 9:15 - Bridegroom - "And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast."
