Of course! Glad you found it helpful! We actually have a whole playlist on covers and binding techniques if you are looking to try something different! Some of them I think are even easier (like the hinge binding method) ruclips.net/p/PLQzfr9QzZFLIteO67E-dMBrGYHcK-HAJn&si=ZWsI2MFeF9iPzFoS
I’ve watched a lot of craft videos and I can say with confidence that you’re a very good teacher. You made the project look doable for anyone, even those who’ve never made their own book before. The book & cover are beautiful. Looking forward to trying this process.
Aw, thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked it and found it easy to understand. I love getting these kinds of comments. 🤍 Best of luck with your project!
I've watched several of these binding videos and yours is by far the BEST!!!! You're a great teacher explaining everything easily!!! I actually think I can do this now thanks to you!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’ve made a lot of journals using the 3-hole pamphlet stitch, which I love, but I can’t wait to try this method. So beautiful with the different colors of ribbons!!
❤❤❤ ohh the cereal box!!! Ohh I love this !!!!! I was looking at my insta ink box ... thinking maybe i could use that for a small journal or something. Thanks for your tutorial!😊

Hello! For this cover I used the blue damask papers from the Regency Romance Junk Journal Kit printed on Pen+Gear brand Premium Bright Paper, and glued it to the cardboard using non-waterbased Fabri-Tac brand glue. (Links to all items are in the description box. The paper and glue are linked under the Amazon Influencer Shop link.) Hope this answers your question!
This is absolutely fabulous! I have a question though… at about the six minute and 43 second mark when you are putting the inside cover pages on, they are slightly smaller than the cover. Did you trim them down a little more so? Because I have followed along exactly and mine cover the entire inside without leaving a little cute border. So I’m going to trim mine down. I was just curious as to whether I skipped a step.
The outside cover was put on with the pages lined up vertically, but on the inside I turned the pages horizontally. This should give you the border you want. Hope this answers your question!
@@myporchprints-junkjournalt5340thank you. I trimmed mine to give the border and it’s turning out so pretty! I used different sheets of paper from that set for mine and I freaking love it. I’m addicted to Bridgerton so I’m trying to make it kind of a Bridgerton look thank you for all your wonderful designs and your fantastic video tutorials.💜🤍💙🩷
