Hi if I eat the actual spleen organ itself in supplement form like our ancestors used to do with other organs, would this benefit a spleen deficiency the same way eating tcm spleen herbs would ? Please help 🙏

There is an idea in several cultures that eating an animal organ will nourish the organ in humans. Spleen is very nourishing, has lots of B vitamins, but can be quite fatty so not good in large amounts.
