    Thanks for all of the info. Simple and easy to understand 👍🏻 I believe I’m working with kidney yin and yang deficiency. Would you advise acupuncture?

    Hello if someone is yang deficient should they supplement Yang formulas to build yang back or yin formulas since yin is the building block for yang ? 🙏

      Depends on diagnosis - no easy answer for this. We can build yang from yin (jin gui shen qi wan) or qi and blood (Shi Quan da Bu wan). Individual diagnosis is always key.
