I used this to make a turtle key chain and a hedgehog. as well as other like cactus they turned out real cute and very durrable. I was surprised I Expected the turtle head and feet to brake off right away but they hadn't they turned out so cool. I love this clay!!!!!
Thank you, I watched this tutorial a while back but never saved it, so I'm happy I've found you again. Anyway back to the thank you, I've watched a ton of other tutorials on how to make cold porcelain and they all seem complicated. So thanks again.😁👍
Best tutorial so far, I could really see what you were doing and it allowed me to trouble shoot a bunch of problems I was having from other tutorials. I went through 3 failed batches from other tutorials before I found yours, and it helped so so much!! :D Finally made a half decent batch. Still a few tweaks and errors I made but I at least made progress, and I know where I went wrong (thinking it wasn't supposed to be sticky BEFORE kneading...so I was always adding more corn flour...Big mistake!...Your video allowed me to see it was meant to be sticky then it gets better as you knead!) so I think my next batch will be right :)
Hi, there! I know an artist she has the secret cold porcelain that can be stored for three months at room temperature without fungee and cracks after fully dried! The charms after dried will be as hard as rock and hold it shape great! if any one want her contact just send me message!
I have watched many video's on how to make this clay and your is BY FAR the best I have seen. It explains so much in easy to understand terms. Thanks for sharing and I have made many items from my first batch. Watching your video today for a refresher before I start my next batch. :-)
thank you for this video. it really helped me a lot!!!!and thanks for replying to my comments.now i know how to make it, and how to store it. THANKS!!!!!
if the clay is wrapped tight and sealed in an air tight container or bag, the clay would last a long time. athe clay should lat about 4 to 5 months or longer.
so, here's a question: if I start kneading it with the lotion, and then I realize it needed more microwaving, can I put it back in the microwave for an interval, or 2 of 15 sec each?
So, microwave in 15 second for each intervals. stir and mix every interval. when it is harder to stir and the if the clay is not super sticky to your fingers, it is done and you can knead it with lotion until the clay is formed together. After, store it in cool place or in refridgerator(not the fridge) for 24 hours so clay can soften up and to let the clay settle down.
Mine does not crack. it depend on clay consistancy. If the charms that are made does not crack, and in great condition, than i think it is good for sale in my opinion.
olá, faço esculturas com massa de porcelana, engrenagens de carro e ferro de construção, obrigada por ensinar mais essa massa, moro em Brasília Capital do Brasil...
I tried this and made it exactly as instructed, but it stayed VERY sticky. I even threw it back into the microwave for 2 more cycles and had to add some more corn starch. I'm at sea level in a dry climate so I'm not sure what I did wrong. :(
Cooking oil can go rancid, so you want to use MINERAL oil. Some salt in the recipe would also be good so it doesn't get moldy. This isn't a 'perfect' recipe.
How strong is an item made with this clay? Can I make flowers with it? I also want to make medallions, cabochons for jewelry, will the jewelry be durable and good enough for sale? Thanks for your tutorial.
Okay, clearly I missed something because everyone else is saying this is great, but I had SO MUCH lotion globbed onto my hands and counter that I could see the color of the porcelain changing as I kneaded it and it still WOULD NOT STOP STICKING TO EVERYTHING. I turned around to look at the timer and there was eight minutes left and I'm like there is no F'in way, I can even get it off my hands and it took me almost fifteen minutes to clean off the counter.
Simple n easy. Thank you.❤❤

In Italy nobody cooks it, they just knead it with more cornstarch until it is the right consistency. you don't have that sticky mess
Wow.. I am reallly impressed! Awesome video!!! I am going to try this.
Its very easy when u cook it ..sving ur time waiting for 1,2,3 etc ..interval😁

Isabel Jerado the lemon juice keeps it from molding because you wouldn't want moldy cold porcelin

Obviously you did see that being done.
Hola, quisiera saber si ésta porcelana al secar se encoje.
so, here's a question:
if I start kneading it with the lotion, and then I realize it needed more microwaving, can I put it back in the microwave for an interval, or 2 of 15 sec each?
Can we cook it on gas and how long can it be stored?
thanks a million!! very clear and easy tutorial am going to try it soon ^_^
Beautiful 💛💛💛💛
will it dry if you only put it in a zip-loc bag without clear wrap?
Great video and good taste of music :D

Hi, if I made a doll and its harden ...is the clay strong after a few day's?
Can't I use a regular oven too
Plz tell me if I make jewelry flowers with it. Will it be light weight? As porcelain is not light weight
you can use vinegar but i believe it will give vinegar smell so it is best to use lemon or lime juice
Omg I
cutek charmstar I had no music on the video. Is that what you meant about it being good?
Thanks a lot, I rushed out and had my ears tested and the ear specialist said I need to have my brain tested. :-)
@@1Immortalmortal there was music on this video before, but the person who made this video probably muted it :(
Omg the song was the best. It used to be my jam

Will transparent normal glue work the same? and can it be used? .-.
When this happened to me for my first batch of cold porcelain, i used to add a little bit of glue to the clay. This seemed to help me.
Tried it! Loved it! Just perfect :)

Will cooking oil work as a replacement of baby oil?
Cooking oil can go rancid, so you want to use MINERAL oil.
Some salt in the recipe would also be good so it doesn't get moldy.
This isn't a 'perfect' recipe.
Since I don't have a microwave, can I use my stove top instead? Thank You.
Yes. You can cook it on low heat in a non stick pan.
Also, you have to continuously mix it until the clay separates from the pan. That's when youll know that its ready to be kneaded.
why does the clay always curl too much when i form a petal or other object?
About 2 days to fully dry
Does it shrink when it is dry
