    Very nice indeed. Thanks! Steak Diane as well as Steak au Poivre are my fave ways to have steak.

      Steak au poivre I use on fillets...
      Steak Diane I use on less quality steak cuts...
      I seam to be eating more Steak Diane then Steak Au Poivre these days with the price of beef... really I’m just lucky to afford hamburger helper in this economy.

    Oh Yum! This Steak Diane looks amazing. I've never tried it before. The sauce just looks fantastic. I would love the flavor. The steak looks tender and delish. 🌸😋

    My Dauther’s name is Diane and i mean it it is the little girl in the picture and if you go in to face book you search sha schou the will come a woman up and scroll down then you will see Diane the little girl❤😂

      this sauce works just as well with onions or if you can get them add a few brined green peppercorns, hope you like it

      That's the traditional technique for steak Diane, and its just basting with the creamy sauce, very much like butter basting, which is very popular right now. Gets all those flavours familiar with each other
