Okay, as an African who has lived in a few different African countries (and also Western countries as well) and who is also black (i say this because I know Africans come in all colors), Caroline was lying when she said they love black folk there. One thing about Arabs is that they behave alot like Indians in general. They have a BIG colorism issue and are very racist towards black people. It may not be ALL of them, but it's also not something negligible that any absolutely self aware black person wouldn't notice. Honestly, I love that I'm from an African country, Kenya, with much diversity that I can ignore it and also that their main religion of choice (Islam) isn't something that interferes with our day to day lives, but I would rather move to the Congo or even Detroit than to move to a place like Dubai. ... Wealth or no wealth, I'm good with not being sorrounded by all that.

Kenya is not diverse. Its has some Asians, whites and Arabs but not even close enough to be considered a diverse country in terms of racially.

I enjoyed the middle east when it was enjoyment. I had never felt so comfortable in my life. I am a USAF vet, I was given the opportunity to enjoy the UAE, and it was amazing.
