    Hi, I was wondering, would these exercises be bad for people who have arthritis in their arms? Are there some yes and some no? I would really appreciate it if you could let me know!

      These are gentle exercises so they should be safe, but if you feel any sharp pain or discomfort, stop immediately

    Me gustan los ejercicios,solo que prefiero los vídeos sin narración, en mi cado se me hace molesto, seria genial que solo fuera con música indicada de fondo, espero tomen a bien mi sugerencia 🖐🏼

    How many kcal do you burn?

      About 200 cal. But the goal here is not to do a long cardio session to burn kcal, it is to strengthen your back and arm muscles that will tone up your back and arms and ultimately look leaner in those areas 💕
      You can also combine this video with a longer full body cardio such as this one - ruclips.net/video/RiQUOie1LUU/видео.html
