Hi, I was wondering, would these exercises be bad for people who have arthritis in their arms? Are there some yes and some no? I would really appreciate it if you could let me know!
Me gustan los ejercicios,solo que prefiero los vídeos sin narración, en mi cado se me hace molesto, seria genial que solo fuera con música indicada de fondo, espero tomen a bien mi sugerencia 🖐🏼
