UPDATE on the wear time! So this wore better believe it or not on my lips than on my cheeks. I felt my cheeks looked dirty when I went to wash off my makeup. It was comfortable as a lipstick but the pigment is missing when applied to the cheeks. It did dry down so my hair wasn’t sticking to the sides of my face. Hope this helps! ❤

Thank you for the review. I am actually interested to try a few shades. After seeing this video, I'd try a fluffier brush and use it as a topper on a powder blush, or under a powder blush. I take it as a challenge 😄
These are so nothing. You demonstrated them so well and you got absolutely no pay-off. How strange that they got thru product development and were released. I love your channel Stef. Steff, I had to give you a random thank you for telling us about the Lancôme foundation stick. It’s on a good sale at Macy’s and the code “friends” brings it down to $38 and change. I got it and tried it and immediately got a back-up. Oh My Gato, it’s amazing! I was worried because my skin leans dry, but no issues and I know a lot of people say this and it isn’t true, but it literally looked like nothing except my skin but so much better. Even my critical mom looked at me and said “you look really good today. What did you do?” Thank you Steff 😊

I have a tip for u ..u can use their superstay matte ink lipstick as a blush by mixing it with elf or Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood filter❤

I use the black shade for a wing liner 🤣💀 ( crazy as it sounds ) but it works better than regular Liquid liner. Plus I have hooded/slanted eyes so it saved me.
I never thought about mixing them and I have/love both!! I’m going to try that tip. Thank you 👑

That was really disappointing, what a strange product. The one called rooftop views made the models look like the had jaundice! They also looked a bit more pigmented online than irl. Thank you so much Steff for trying these out for us, you’re a star! 💕

I hadn’t seen the shade options of these yet. Interesting they did literally all orange/peach aside from a gold and bronze and ofc baby pink. I guess not surprising since they’re called Sunkissed or whatever. But interesting to do so many shades but have so many similar 🤷♀️ Disappointing application too! Thanks for taking one for the team as always! ❤❤❤
I think some are meant to be bronzers?! Idk 🤷♀️ but I do agree definitely more orange bronze shades in this range.

Lovely video Steff. I won’t be purchasing these. I’m a powder blush gal through and through. Last year I finally tried a cream blush. I guess I should try and find a cream blush that dries down however. (I can’t handle an emollient feeling on my face either.) Have a fantabulous weekend and week ahead darling girl.

I saw that these were too sheer on Tik Tok. :/ They could have been great with more pigment. The L'Oreal Lumi Liquid Blush coming soon seems beautiful. Like they might be the first drugstore brand to fully dupe the Charlotte Tilbury in pigment, texture, etc.

I would have liked to see them blended out with the fingers or with a sponge, it didn’t make sense to me to continue using a brush despite it not giving much pigment. I also would have liked to see how it would have looked built up with a few layers. I don’t feel this product was given a proper chance.

I’m going to wait til the new nyx blushes come on stock and order a few of those and a butter bronzer. Those looks beauty and glowy on you.
These blushes to are very light in colors maybe good for layering powder products over or natural no makeup look

That’s so weird, I got 4 of them and so far I’ve tried City Sizzle and Blazing Blush and they showed up a little more on me and I’m light. Maybe try shaking them first if you didn’t? I used at very damp sponge with two big dots, but maybe fingers would be better? I tried swatching them on my hand and they definitely blend out to a sparkly sheen if you blend too much. I guess these were made for the feint of heart. I feel like I’m seeing more lighter/natural flush blushes lately.

No, not really. Lasted better on lips than on cheeks too!
The only shade looks promising is #6 City Sizzle. That shade will look good on sooooo many skin tones and undertones. Plus you can build it up for intense buildup ( Tan to deep )
Since I’m Tan Darkish… 🤣🤣💀 I might put that one up only to get free shipping for my order. 💯 ( sorry but other than that I will pass and I’m not happy with this launch )

Your faces said everything! You should have heard my comments while you were blending each! Omg! These brands think we're stupid! They all disappeared! And with heat and humidity coming in the next few weeks, that tacky feeling will be a bust!!
Great review and I got worried when you were blending some on your face but after the blend I thought it turn invisible, lol. Skipping these but thanks for keeping my money for other things you review cause these aren't it.

These had no pigment and just blended away. What was Maybelline thinking? I think they need to go back to the drawing board. So many other fabulous drugstore liquid blushes.
They did better on the lips that one the cheeks. I felt my cheek looked dirty by end of day.
Meh, Maybelline isn't cruelty free so I wouldn't have bought it anyway, but it's nice to know I'm not missing anything lol. Not that you ever have to miss out on anything by choosing cruelty free 👍🏻

Huh. I have to say I'm unimpressef. The shades looked underwhelming in yhe bottle, and they disappeared on you. I was somewhat curious about the Rooftop View one, but it just looks...yellow in an unflattering way. Plus the timing with Nyx's successful bronzer launch (and many of the Maybelline shades are bronzer-y), I think this might just tank.
I had high hopes when u switched them well it will probably come in as a failure on your month of May favs and failed

They shouldn't have marketed these as blushes. These are clearly an attempt at duping the Dior forever glow maximizer liquid highlighters. Which are also a strange product. But they are pretty. I think I would actually like this product.

I was so disappointed by these. Chunky glitter in one and little color payoff in the other. The one that did look okayish was so off colorwise from what I had seen online. Disappointing. I returned them. Maybelline makes great mascara, lip products, and and I love their Skintint foundation, but these "blushes" where lacking severely. Do they even have quality control???
Yeah they do a lot of good, these unfortunately were not one of them.

I loved that rooftop shade. That one on a deeper complexion, I feel would look so good on the cheeks. The rest were just.…meh 🫤 quite underwhelming.
I’m deeper complexion as well. I would say #6 as a blush….. Rooftop, Sun and the rest ( highlighters shades ) But I have liquid highlighters that shade and in that family range shade.
Now… I only brought #6 only to get free shipping 🤣 and plus I don’t have a Blush like that color. ( which is hard to find and that’s affordable)
Other than that… I agree. Overwhelming and Meh 😒
