I got here about near 9:30 and I woke up about 10 to 8 in morning. normally I go right but i went left this time. Plus i was wearing the Sonic hat at always and Sonic shirt too. Spot myself at 5:487:36 (from my backpack) 15:42 (I'm hiding lol) 15:52 & 20:01 It was less crowded but it was good for me and picked up good lots today. I won't be there for November one as I am planning to head to Brighton for Anime And Gaming Con. £30 bag from Ed's Hunt (Big Pokemon Card, GBC Boxed of ThunderBirds (no manual) PS Vita of LEGO Batman 2 & Japanese SEGA Game Gear of Aladdin) PSP South Park Movie Japanese PS Vita Labyrinth Of Refrain (Got the PS4 English Vision) Japanese PS Vita Infinite Stratos 2 Limited Edition Box (Game & Figure but no Music CD) Call Of Duty Black OPS Coins PlayStation TV Set
I spotted you with you Sonic cap but didnt get a chance to say hi. I would like to try some of the others now as I have done this London one 3 times, be good to mix then up. Love that you got a bag from Eds Hunts. I know you love collecting your Japanese games so good pickups. Cheers for checking out the vlog
So much cool stuff, so many memories! I used to have the same batman boxed game AND that hand-held turtles game when I were a nipper. So many core memories unlocked watching, great video mate!
I was planning to go to this yesterday, but everything went t*ts up. Firstly, the person I was going with had to back out at the last minute because of unexpected family commitments, then all trains to London from my town were cancelled due to a fallen tree on the line. I was actually on the train waiting for it to set off when the announcement happened. Thanks for doing the video - at least I'll get to see what I missed.
ahh not good with the fallen tree. Yeah I like to go alone to this con, sometimes it good to go alone as you can go to the stalls you want and take your time etc. Cheers for checking out the vid
It was my first time coming today, but it was more or less what I expected: sellers knew what they had and shoppers knew what they wanted. So the prices were a bit high and I didn’t see too many people making purchases. I wished there were more general videogame merch, t-shirts, figures and that sort of stuff as well.
Yeah I agree with different merch would love to see that too. I love comics too and would love to see that mixed in to the con. What pickups you get today?
My first console was atari 7200. As for your view on the selection, I agree it was a bit more of common place items, for what was available, and I feel that it shows that the collectors know the value of what they are holding on to, and are unwilling to part with. That also means you'll have more to look forward to next time you head out for an event As well. Ty for sharing the experience with us! Much appreciated
@@ComicsAndRetroit was ok But I went in with no targets today I spent about 60 quid and got a few games I wanted on the cheap I'll have my video up tomorrow at 5 Will definitely say hi next time

Great review of the day but depends on what you are looking for, agreed it didn’t have everything I was looking for and such a shame you didn’t find much 😔. I got there about 9:55 with my boy and yep seemed slightly quieter and not as manic. I picked up dj boy CIB fir megadrive for £20 and spellcaster for the master system for £25 as like to add something to both collections. Picked up some gameboy but my boy managed to pick up splatterhouse for the Xbox 360 for £55 which is a great price. Keep up the vids cheers Jon 👍👍👍
Love that you got Splatterhouse such a fun game! Yeah I was gutted as I always get great pickups here and ended up with a ten pound bloody turtle lol. Cheers for checking out the vlog and pleased you had a nice day out with your boy.
Cheers for the nice words. Yeah I am not a big fan of loud music and flying about in vids I watch. Thanks for the support and hope you enjoy my other vlogs too
Hi There. Great Video My Man 🤓 I totally agree I have been going for a good few years now and found this one really underwhelming 🙁 It would be okay if you wanted the normal PS1, PS2 games, plus the usual GBA, GB games etc. I wrote a list and literally I could find only one and this was vastly over priced (I actually managed to get it online £20 cheaper) After walking around for 3 laps searching I gave up and went home. The only plus was meeting Ed Hunt and some other people to talk to. I may give the next one a miss
So pleased to hear it wasn't just me. I certainly won't be going to the next one. Way too many PS1 and PS2 basic games. Underwhelming is a very good way of putting it. Cheers for watching the vid
@@ComicsAndRetroI was the person you nearly filmed opening my blind bag from Ed. I thought I recognised you first in the queue. I got there around 9.45 and was wondering what time you got there. I was passing the time playing my play date
@@mrpscorpio I sooo wanted to film you opening that but didn't know if I was allowed as I know they film them so walked away. Come say hi if you see me again at any retro event or retro store. What you get out of the bag out of interest?
Well I'm glad I wasn't the only one that thought it wasn't all that in there. My first ever gaming market and I was expecting better tbh. I didn't buy a single thing either, I almost forced myself to get something as it felt odd not picking something up. But talked myself out of it thankfully. And my God that smell 😂 Seriously why do geeks feel the need to stink 😂
