I’m actually good friends with Ed Currie, the owner of the original Pepper X, no hate. He’s a great and wonderful person. I’m just speculating about what’s going on from my point of view. We may never know… Stay tuned for more updates on the world’s spiciest peppers and the ongoing Pepper X saga!

I'm sure there are hotter peppers out there than pepper. X pepperex is just Guinness world records, but there are peppers that had blown the arrow in a reaper out of the water. Try the warthog pepper

There a lot of different peppers around these days. So it's hard to say what kind of pepper you have. I would trust the grower with that pepper.

Gosh, I can't remember ever seeing a single pepper doing this to you before. I almost thought you were going to say that Ed Curry sent you a pepper X even though he has said in the recent past that his lawyers told him to absolutely not release the pepper or its seeds yet. You almost had me fooled haha. Did you say they sold seeds for this Amity pepper or do they just sell the pepper directly out of their store?

I don’t think that looks anything like the pepper X. Shape is vaguely the same, but texture and color are completely different. I have no dog in this show, and I wonder what drama is going on behind the scenes that this channel would make the preposterous claim that the two peppers are the same when they are easily demonstrably different in appearance.
