I live at Venetian Isle. It doesn’t sound like they told you that there is a mandatory $120/mo “connection” fee which is landline phone, cable and (slow) wifi. Also, none of the 1bed have windows other than the windows in the bedroom and the sliding door lol. Sorry :( but for the trash - you put your trash bag inside those bins and the trash guy picks it up. Also the fireworks are partially visible at the pool. They are hidden behind the other apartment complex. But if you stand at the bridge inside the community it’s a better view. :)
@@returntosophieI do actually enjoy it! I love the big outdoor space and the soaking tub lol. The community used to look so much better before they painted it a dull concrete gray lol (think terracottas, greens, browns, very natural tones). I don’t like the gray at all, but that is my preference. I also don’t think that the insane price ($1800+) is justified for the amount of amenities they have. The pool and the fitness center are really small compared to other apartments in the area with similar prices. I do absolutely agree with you that I wish Venetian Isle had more natural light and windows. But on a positive note, the shopping plaza nearby is really nice. The mandatory $120/mo connection package realllyyy adds a dent to your budget though. I think I’m paying almost $200/mo OVER base rent with all the fees. For that price you could totally get a luxury place that has a ton more amenities.
