She was wonderful,, she was a true Christian!! She gave people her phone number, she let the homeless in her home to take showers, she gave them food to eat. We have to become more like Jesus Christ, by laying down our lives, helping, feeding, clothing people. When give away food. I carry their food to their car. I pray for the man. She grew up being abused which destroyed her self-worth and self-esteem; leaving her vulnerable and naive which made it easy for her to be chewed up and spit out by almost everyone who crossed her path. We spoke on the phone a few times and I believe she was genuine in her pursuit of a better life than the one she had been destroyed by. RIP Denise, you are free from pain and suffering now.

It's ironic that her real life hit rock bottom as a junkie, much like her character did in the movie Action Jackson. But she survived all of that. Jesus brought her through.
Prince did pay her hospital bills anonymously because she wouldn't take it & he paid off her bills after her death. I'm still ........that she & Prince died 2 months apart in the same year. Travis smiley said they (he/Prince) were in Paris on the rooftop of the hotel after the concert & Prince became very serious talking about his own mortality after she died. He really loved her. The photographer that photographed Prince in his early years, did 3 album covers & tours is coming out with a new book 2018 called Prince Before the Rain & I've seen a few pics.
