  • In this episode we explore a new section of Little Coon Creek. We do some sawmill hunting, discuss the history of the Fox Creek Tram, check out a classic car and watch the snow come down. Great day in Penn's Woods.

This video took me about 1.75 miles. So, I’m at about 3.5 mph average, every day. At my age, it keeps me active, so thanks again for your (possibly unintended) help! Love your channel.

Enjoyed the history lesson, this was one of my favorite places to fish. I live in Nashville now and take care of 5 different saw mills in Middle Tennessee so seeing this from that perspective makes a lot of sense to me, thanks for sharing all your research.

This county especially in winter could tell the story itself. If beauty were the main actor in a silent film I’d be forest county. Spielberg couldn’t capture in truer essence what is so naturally abundant, any day of the week.

From what I remember the car is a Plymouth late 40’s

My dad used to hunt there in the 70s and said he doesn't know the year, but its an old Plymouth.

Sounds about right. Be nice if someone had photos from when it was mostly intact. Too bad the engine is gone. I'd like to see one those youtubers that spends days getting abandoned cars running to work on that one.

@@forestcountyoutback7540 He said the engine and transmission was gone back then too. The grill was intact with some of the chrome.
