@@boyzaya15 exactly the game is fucked and it had sooooooooooooo much potential. Over the years they should’ve used the cash grabbed greedy ass money they had and prepped for a new game they literally went through 3 generations of gaming and never thought once to do so, this is their fault. Now that the new consoles are out you can kiss even more players goodbye i doubt they will last long their just a ticking time bomb.
they should definitely remaster the game and improve graphics and get ride of the huge paywall all make the character customization better the game had so so much potential but it just went downhill
This game got hella potential but i find it fucking dumb you have to pay for powers, movement styles, the amount of money you can have and inventory space.
I’ve had DCUO for about 9 years, and I didn’t really care about it that much until 2017 because I was super young, and by then, it was very hard to find people to do alerts and raids as the episodes progressed, so my characters’ progression slowed to a crawl, and over time the constant wait for alerts and raids and just adjusting my style wore me down, so eventually I just dropped the game. I loved the game, and I know there are other games like it, but I don’t like them as much. If Daybreak came out with DCUO 2, I would get it in a heartbeat. I loved the complex character enhancement with the specs, artifacts, modded gear, and other things, but it was my undoing as well because upgrading my artifacts and getting feats was taking forever because no one was queuing for anything except for the current episode. If you read all of this, you’re a legend and I appreciate you!

i just recently came back and my que times have been pre damn quick, maybe u just weren't playing at a time where allot of people were on because the watchtower was crowded when i was on.
Once up on a time this game was so damn awesome, especially the PvP System was one of the best i have ever experienced Unfortunately though they started to milk the player base hard, fuck up the PvP System and make you pay for every stuff they can while dropping new content at such a low rate you wonder where all the money goes. 7-9 years ago the game was in such a healthy state, had a great player base and fantastic gameplay but at some point it went hardcore down hill :( My heart bleeds till this day
I really enjoyed playing this game, but a lot of things really got discouraged, artifacts for example, playing with more than 1 character now is painful, but despite several negative points I never abandoned the game, until the beginning of this year, they increased prices in some countries, in my country membership is very expensive now and not only that everything in the game became more expensive, I was part of the league, which has between 20 and 30 people active in the game and most paid membership, now this league is only has 7 active people and only 2 pay membership. It really discouraged me and others from playing, and I know that everyone who was legendary is now premium, but it's not the same and everything is very limited, inventory, money, and I recently discovered that even the chat is limited If you think the gaming community is toxic, you didn’t see the Daybreak employees when my league tried to talk to them, we didn’t receive a friendly response, many were rude, and some even cursed us which made some leave the game immediately.
Imo they do good with bring a insane amount of DLC' to the game BUT the variety is sad, I'd give the DLC aspect a 3 simply because they always go with batman WW sup lantern teen titans themed DLC', there are more hero and villains in the DCU than just those 5 arcs.
I used to love this game so much. Now, from time to time, I come back thinking they fixed the game and made it good again, but it only gets worse. Also, here in Brazil, the subscription fee is so damn expensive, that you can buy a new AAA game with a 2 months subscription.
Last time I played was bout 2 years ago, I came back 2 days ago just to hop on and screw around I guess. it's refreshing for me to try different power and different movement style cuz I always go for either gadget or ammunition with acorbat cuz my close minded ass always trying 2 be a realistic hero lol.
Yeah I'm always trying to be realistic too, I almost never use any weapons other than martial arts and brawling on my heroes because, heroes don't kill. I'm trying to expand my horizons a little more, I just made a character who uses a rifle so that's a start.
I’m in a similar boat where i basically came back and made a nature druid who uses dual pistols and can fly. It’s very silly and my only regret is not naming him something like “Just B’cause” from how random his set up is logically
Yeah I played this when it first came out on ps3. It was fun. Even paid for membership. Simple and fun game, lots of team players. Then I dunno they changed so many things and just pay pay pay to play. Got a ps4 and came back here and there but eventually quit. Even playing free is meh. Escrow? Like I earned the in game money why cap it lol. I just got back on it on my switch but man there’s barely anyone to play with lol.
I remember when you were able to convert all of your old marka into marks of triumph, and you were able to get all of the old gear. man that was when I had the MOST fun with the game suddenly I had all of the t1 t2 and t3 gears and I was so happy. Super sad how the game turned out afterwards. I really wish I could just hop back on and queue the FOS raids those were the days.
This video was a great help. I haven't played in years. My girlfriend at the time and I would play together a lot on ps3. I moved out of state (without the girlfriend sadly), and bought a ps4. I tried getting back in the game a couple times, but saw that they reset my skills and I got overwhelmed by content & my items, so I just visited my home. It was a makeshift hospital because my character was a healer. My gf helped me get beds and stuff so it was a bit sad seeing it again. Anyways, thanks for your video. I redownloaded it and am going to give it a real shot!
They should honestly like remaster it for next gen they will make a lot more money as you can tell it’s still good even when it’s graphics are odd imagine if they get the new graphics and animations
I bought this game day one for the ps3. still got the Batman statue for it. The game literally took 9 hours to download with no back round downloading. Me and my little brother waited the whole time lol. He did not really get into it but i did. Never finished the story because was working on getting the best gear possible. I remember almost getting my first legendary gear piece then out of nowhere they changed the way you get them and all my coins are now worthless. All those months grinding and doing all daily tier events and raids for nothing. I got so mad that i quit the game after that lol. Pretty fun game at launch because everyone was playing and did everything. Was easy to find people to do raids with. Most people used mics. Fun.

I have to say. I totally agree with your overall assessment of this game. I played it for 8 plus years straight and I canceled my sub and deleted the game about 4 or 5 months ago. Song was spot on but I never got banned lol.
My problem with this game is the FTP lie, none of my friends were interested on playing for the monthly sub, the Free part of the game is basically 5% of the whole game, and not the good part of it; not to mention the PTW that Daybreak is known for. I got sick of playing alone, and paying an overpriced sub to pay more money to not get kicked outta every single instance. With all the limitation that you encounter by being a free player insted of making the free players want to pay the sub, they just run away from it, its just STUPID! Devs should either, go for a total FTP exp or, take the FTP thing away and make it a subscription based game.
I had so much fun on this for a year or two way back when it came out. I thought It had died... when I was online last it was empty... I’m surprised people are playing it!
I left in 2017. I was an original player until this game became a super Cash Cow. I was the 1st group to defeat Paradox on its release before the 100 nerfs they gave it. And, Skill points became a joke. Pay to open boxes and get skill points. What a joke. This hurt the balance of the better players . DCUO Needs to bring it back the way it use to be and your get the true gamers back.
i was wondering if this game improved in all those years. i was there at the beginning ,at launch day. it was sweet then. after some time they came up with escrow and limited room in your pack. and then also pay extra for Centrall city. the fun was gone, so i stopped.
Good video, I played at launch on the playstation. Tried it again on pc a few years later and didn't care much for it. I think they should do another game all together with current graphics and gameplay mechanics. I'm really surprised there isn't a company that has capitalized on the past decade of popularity that comic books have gotten. I wont be going back to play this game, but I am waiting for a new one. I don't care if it's Marvel or DC, I just want to make my own character and run around in the world lol
8:55 is not correct. Currently, anyone can play on the test server. I'm premium and I can log in on the test server every time I want, as long as it is online. I also disagree with everyone giving feedback is bad, I agree sometimes people may provide wrong feedback, but again the more the better:) There were times were elite feedback was so great that the devs create a new thread just for the elite. 4-Man SM was also tested by a lot of players and I can tell you, the final version may have some problems no one could predict but in the end was a more polished run, a lot of problems were resolved like role-less buff, etc.
I uses to play this game since the Beta. Looking at this was very nostalgic. Seeing the Creation of this game and it's development as well as a giant load of other things was incredible. There were so many up's and down's it's to much to count. I made a lot of friends along my way and even a lot of real life friends later on. It was an amazing journey we had together...Intern fights, defending a league member from others etc. but in the end we always stood together as a unit. We reached the top and then it slowly started to fade away because we all had other things to do mostly in real life but we still are in contact even years after we stoped playing this game. To this very day i have never had this deep of a connection to others in a video game. We became real friends and we all agree that it was the greatest gaming time we had in our life. Even if our days are now gone and new generations are now playing we will for ever remember this time we had together so to answer the question if you should play this game...yes you should. Give it a try and a lot of time and you will see. Make friends on your way and create your own league. If you put enough time into it you won't regret it. There are flaws to this game yes but no game is perfect and everyone can live with it. To this very day it is the greatest game i have ever played. It gave all of us an amazing time online. If somebody should ever read this i hope that i could answer your question.
Hey Eddy, been away a while looking to come back. Which powers currently lend themselves more towards straight up might and superpowers, and ranged dps? I am old and slow, and don't do so well with the weapon/ melee powers or hybrids.
Then you are like me. haha Go for Munitions. Its pure might and ranged dps. The rotation is literally 1234, 1234. If you want, you can check my latest videos for Munitions Loadout. Best of luck and Happy Gaming :)
I finally decided to play this game again after 4 years and to see my insane healer build now absaloulty unless was really upsetting. And what was more upsetting was to see a once really populated game now a ghost town. RIP DCUO
I didn't spend a dime to level up my artifacts in the marketplace. Between the free gifts the devs give out like the Nth metal detectors etc, and the bonus Nth metal weeks. Then the normal drop rate of nth metal never was necessary to spend real money to advance. The only people throwing money at the marketplace to advance their artifacts are the elite players all for bragging rights to be the first people leveled up. I've been playing since year one so I've seen enough of this game to have an opinion.
I'm an endgame player, been playing off and on since hand of fate. This game has become pay to win with arts, they give skips without explaining how to be good at the game so good luck with pug groups. Open world bounties have killed old content and it gives no prestige so league proficiencies have suffered. They do nothing to bring in new players. They need a new game and a way for players to port their characters into it. Playing the new stuff on test is not filling me with hope either. My league splits time with FFXIV and we're on there most of the time now.
So, I understand that it takes about 15/mo for the membership but about how much will it cost to do the other stuff say, upgrade an artifact? Like how much does the average player spend on the game monthly would you say? I've been playing WoW for a month now, have spent about 150 on the game. But I wont do that every month. Maybe 50/mo total? What would you say the monthly cost is for DCUO?
@@jaminpreli honestly imagine spending the same amount you did for WoW but for a much less complete game. Its not the prices thats the problem its that what your paying for just obviously isn’t worth it, you can spend the same amount of total money you have to spend in DCUO on a better MMO and feel like you got your money’s worth. Since the op talked about FFXIV ill use that as an example, in FFXIV (a better mmo than DCUO, even statistically) you pay 12-15$ a month to play (or if you subscribe to more months, you get a discount) and you get EVERYTHING the game has to offer on ONE character, no need for making a new guy to play a new class or unlock something someone else couldn’t. (If you want to make a new character you can, you get plenty) There is basically no pay to win, everyone is equal and have fun with each other. Now with that aside, you can ask ANYONE who has played DCUO in the past and 10/10 will tell you that its the exact same experience (except slightly better cause people actually played and we seen its potential) as when they played on the ps3. So at that point, even if you want to completely disregard my first paragraph (not saying you are, just if you want to, just in case spending money isn’t a problem for you) the game still being the same over the years and the devs not doing anything to improve it. Like atleast even graphically was the least they can do i mean come on they could’ve did one zone at a time atleast. But no they decided to not only keep the game the same, but also we had to wait a shit ton to get things like a FEW new powers and barely any movements at all. I mean really i can go on and on and on. They went through THREE GENERATIONS of consoles and nothing changed in except them asking for more money. And pvp is dogshit as always
@@jaminpreli there are a couple guys in my league that have easily spent $1000 over a few week period. I can't say if this is the norm or not though. If you go on test they let you level artifacts for free to test obviously and its like 25 perfected nth metals from 0-200 and each of those cost $9 on the real money shop not to mention seals and catalysts to break through levels. The other option is grinding and I mean grind. Have another league mate that has been feeding arts for years and hasn't gotten them maxed.
I really want to come back to the game, but I don't know how I'll be able to increase my skillpoints if no one is doing the old content. Do you have any ideas on how I can combat this?
LFG chat.. If there is nobody doing feat runs, you start the group yourself, shout in LFG and go episode to episode. Also, you can join a feat hunting league.
I still make new characters and do the old raids and missions with friends. If you make a cool character and not trash it’s easy to make friends when they like your creation. Blowing through the early missions so that you can do raids is key. You screwed up by selling your account. Now it has diminished your experience because you basically sold a stock that went up in value afterwards. Now you bought back in and you know you made a mistake. Keep up the good work DC
When we used to group before scrims were even a thing, You'd have orbit in the pvp chat with another league saying "1 2 3 Que" Dam I miss those days when did I get old wtf
I played this last month due to curiosity and familiarity with the lore. No regrets. However, the thing that really bothered me the most is the Escrow system. Limited cash for non-sub players is something totally alien to me as I've never encountered such a model. Overall, I think it's great. Regular contents and totally unique aesthetic and theme from the usual fantasy mmo we've come to know.
I loved this game - played it since release. I was in top tier league's, had ton of friends and skill points. Overall, it's actually a really great game, but what stopped me from playing is that this game was pretty much pay to play/win and sadly it still is. I was hoping it's not. They should honestly release DCUO 2 or something like that.. it would definitely blow up like it did back then, if not even more.
@@iEddyGaming You know the membership is too expensive for those who live in Brazil, so is impossible to play. Now im Playing elder scrolls or wow warmane, having so much fun and dont spend much money.
After a near 10 yrs of DCUO's existence, you really expected and hoped for so much more from them. I've been a part of this community since February of 2011. The earlier years were great, but the game has reached a point of stagnancy. Those DEVS really need to figure out how to breathe new life into this game, allowing it to feel reinvigorated. To answer the question of whether or not we should play in 2021, it's only worth it for those who have real history with the game as it just isn't new player friendly. That's due to older content becoming alienated as it provides no incentive to revisit once you've surpassed the relevant CR. Simply, not enough has been done to make sure the entire playerbase stays engaged. I feel like one of the most important things they need to work on is to restructure their business model. They should gear it towards being more player friendly as it has done nothing but become more of a cash grab. It's the kind of thing that has turned more players away as those DEVS valued that more over what players care about, changes and additions that provide substance. Not milking our pockets until it all runs dry. PVP needs serious attention, the membership subscription packages need to be reworked, a merge is needed as Xbox and Switch players are struggling, balance issues and bugs need to be addressed, and an overall greater push for this game's truest potential. Everyone thinks the Unreal Engine 3 restricts that potential, but it's simply not true. Where I'm at with the game now, I haven't touched it since August because I was absolutely disgusted by how underwhelming and poorly structured the Wonderverse DLC was. And, I'm hearing the Legion of Superheroes DLC is a repeat of that. We're approaching the games 10th yr anniversary in January. If the DEVS don't deliver on that celebration, if it's nothing but pure mediocrity as we've been seeing from them, it may be my time to hang it up for good. Tired of feeling like what we all have collectively invested into this game hasn't been equally reciprocated. The 6/10 rating is fair, btw. Due to my gripes after a near 10 yrs, I'm leaning towards a 5/10.
When they ruined PvP it took a huge portion of the game itself I mean if you think about it it’s a hero/villain game PvP should be one of there main priorities in my opinion artifacts should be disabled in open world because there is no skill needed just pay 600 dollars and become a tank and your unstoppable it’s stupid
"Pay $600"?😐 If I'm gonna spend *that* much actual real life cash, in relation to this game, it'd be to buy upgrades for my PC. Paying a weekly $16 to be subbed(rounded up to the dollar), *plus* $600(and I get the feeling that's for *just one character).* I'll stick with PvE if I'm gonna get murdered in PvP because I chose not to blow *that* kind of cash *on one character in a game.* Never was much for PvP anyway, always either under/wrongly-geared, under-levelled, or wrongly specced. And when I played PvP on WoW, it was mostly capture the flag type runs, and while everyone else went to clash, I bolted for the flag, and made like a bat outta hell back to our base.☺
@@wildside316 Monthly $16. Also its $10 monthly for most countries. But yes, $600 like Sy said, is for one character, to level up all three artifacts. Its insane lol
I left back in March because nobody wanted to help me get my skill points up and plus people were real toxic seeing that now artifacts make characters stronger which leads me to ask this question do you still need to grind for skill points to buff your character?
If you're on PC, play GW2 it's free and it has a horizontal level progression. Meaning it's very easy to hit lvl 80, and once you're there the grind for gear is nowhere near as bad as other mmo's. Also you can pvp from lvl 2 *literally* once you enter a pvp arena match, you get scaled to what a lvl 80 person's stats would be with some exceptions but overall you can hold up your own.
Hi Eddy! If I don't see you in the league it's because I've decided to take a step back from the game. I might pop in from time to time to say hello but I'm not going to sub. Just tired of the pay to win aspect that the game wasn't fun anymore. Not a fan of the grind for open world content either got old pretty quickly and now here it is again an with alert and a raid so it feels a lot less to do. Anyways you take care bro and will always support your content. MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Hey Dino! I understand brother. I hope you find a better game to kill your time. Or you find something interesting to do in DCUO so we can play together again. Either way, take care of yourself. Don't be a stranger. 😊

I love when people say that to upgrade the graphics, they need to switch to a new engine. Y'all forget Arkham Knight and Mortal Kombat 11 are Unreal Engine 3 games?
Your commentary is spot on. Ive been playing for years and cant find a good league to help me rack up some serious skill points (only got 291 sp). can you recommend a good league? Thanks.
There are plenty of Feat Farming leagues on USPS/PC server. I am not sure which server you are from. But you can go to DCUO forum and there is a section for League recruitment.
i have a guild that i was apart of for years when the game came out and i am still apart of to this day, i only just recently started up again but i am sure my guild mates will help me with feats so i encourage anyone that want's to play this game to find an active guild like mine (Superzeroes) to help with any group content u need to do, but other than that the random que is perfectly fine, i recently queued up to do some episode 1 content and i almost immediately found a group to run with.
My friend wants to play but he is discouraged because of how few skill points he has, and I honestly don't blame him; the game is heavily based on skill points and artifacts to succeed and although "grinding" artifact xp is a choice it's not really viable once you get your artifact to 100 where it can easily take you a few weeks to get to 120. but speaking for myself I've been on and off dc since 2012 and I barely have 300 skill points, on top or that it's hard to get teams on lower tier queues so personally I don't think it's worth playing as a new player. I still have hope for myself cause I have so much work on dc but at the same time I can't really get missed feats because the queues at lower tiers can easily take an hour or just not start

Actually just about to get back into DCUO. The games I've been playing just aren't fun anymore, and the new cod, which was gonna be my escape, is ass. I don't think DCUO is an MMO thats gonna die anytime soon.

I would say around 100-150 bucks. But please note, it is against T&C of Daybreak. And because of that I can't mention it here, although a simple google search for buying selling dcuo accounts can help you reach there ;)

Ikr it was so p2w... So many paid things made the game unplayable for non paying players after a certain level
@@joaoaoj100 fr if the episodes were the only things we had to pay for I'd understand
Good news there remastering it
I’ve had DCUO for about 9 years, and I didn’t really care about it that much until 2017 because I was super young, and by then, it was very hard to find people to do alerts and raids as the episodes progressed, so my characters’ progression slowed to a crawl, and over time the constant wait for alerts and raids and just adjusting my style wore me down, so eventually I just dropped the game.

Once up on a time this game was so damn awesome, especially the PvP System was one of the best i have ever experienced
Unfortunately though they started to milk the player base hard, fuck up the PvP System and make you pay for every stuff they can while dropping new content at such a low rate you wonder where all the money goes.
7-9 years ago the game was in such a healthy state, had a great player base and fantastic gameplay but at some point it went hardcore down hill :(
My heart bleeds till this day
Ikr I miss Fight Club, now pvp is pretty much dead
Agreed. It is always greed that kills a game
Sadly that's how every MMO goes. It always starts out good then slowly starts to go downhill by making everyone have to buy stuff
I left in 2016 ,came back at the start of 2020 and i have to say i am enjoying the game now more than i ever did
just got back, any tips?
I really enjoyed playing this game, but a lot of things really got discouraged, artifacts for example, playing with more than 1 character now is painful, but despite several negative points I never abandoned the game, until the beginning of this year, they increased prices in some countries, in my country membership is very expensive now and not only that everything in the game became more expensive, I was part of the league, which has between 20 and 30 people active in the game and most paid membership, now this league is only has 7 active people and only 2 pay membership.
It really discouraged me and others from playing, and I know that everyone who was legendary is now premium, but it's not the same and everything is very limited, inventory, money, and I recently discovered that even the chat is limited
If you think the gaming community is toxic, you didn’t see the Daybreak employees when my league tried to talk to them, we didn’t receive a friendly response, many were rude, and some even cursed us which made some leave the game immediately.
I regret spending so much money since I came back 5months ago... if I could take it back I would
Last time I played was bout 2 years ago, I came back 2 days ago just to hop on and screw around I guess. it's refreshing for me to try different power and different movement style cuz I always go for either gadget or ammunition with acorbat cuz my close minded ass always trying 2 be a realistic hero lol.
So relatable lmao I’ve even made a backstory for my character
@@kakuzuBased92 Same lol, everything is so new to me now after finally accepting go do something different. Both power wise and gameplay wise
It’s very silly and my only regret is not naming him something like “Just B’cause” from how random his set up is logically
realistic is the way to go lol 😭
I loved this game back in 2014. The progression was simple and fun. It wasn't too grindy or expensive. Now it's just ridiculous. A unique game ruined

Thank you buddy!
Realize this is massively late, but hang in there. You seem like a good person and I hope you find someone just as good very soon💜

I have been playing for a long time. Not really sure if I am going to keep playing. The grind just doesn't seem worth it at this point.
Good video, I played at launch on the playstation. Tried it again on pc a few years later and didn't care much for it.

You are right but this has already been addressed and corrected in the comment section before. Thank you though 😊

6:59 how to get that hellboy hair?
That style is called "Half-up Ponytail". You can get that by opening 15 Flashpoint Time Capsules.
This game was only truly fun when everyone was at the pvp servers.
And i suggest you remain on there FFXIV is literally one of the best MMOs. DC is dead.
I just started playing this game and bought dlc absolutely love it!

It would have been nice if you'd have put a link to your 2018 video here so we can jump to it quickly.
It is already in the Pinned Comment.
Couldn't agree more 👍🏼
"Pay $600"?😐
If I'm gonna spend *that* much actual real life cash, in relation to this game, it'd be to buy upgrades for my PC.
Paying a weekly $16 to be subbed(rounded up to the dollar), *plus* $600(and I get the feeling that's for *just one character).*
I'll stick with PvE if I'm gonna get murdered in PvP because I chose not to blow *that* kind of cash *on one character in a game.*
Never was much for PvP anyway, always either under/wrongly-geared, under-levelled, or wrongly specced.
PvP was literally half of the player base and the only reason why some players grinded PvE.
I’m telling you if they make a dcuo2 and up the graphics and add way more powers and more customization would be amazing this game would thrive
Playing right now and enjoying it. Get to level 30 and run solos, duos, 4s("dungeons"), n 8s (raids), get gear to progress to the next tier.. I got to combat rating 135 to 170 in one day by just climbing duos and current episode event vendors. def had to buy 21 inventory slots tho.
I have just returned to DCUO and it is a lot less buggy than the other games I have been playing. It also has much faster loading times. Been a good experience so far except for the artifacts being so expensive!
i played this game A LOT during 2012. i stopped playing from 2014 - 2017..2017 when I came back gave me so much nostalgia. since then i pop in from time to time to see how it is. haven’t played dcuo prob since april or may 2020. i don’t think i’ll be getting back on anytime soon unless a remaster or dcuo 2 is released or a big update is done
I having a problem playing this game with mouse and keyboard. It seems like its stuck on controller support and tried searching in the setting to turn off controller support but nothing. When I'm in character creation I cannot see my mouse cursor. Its only when I hold the mouse button down I can see it. Any suggestions on fixing this??
Have you tried using LFG chat for group making?
Love DC comics. Would you recommend to take a 3 months membership for this game?
Yup. 3 months sounds reasonable. But I wouldn't recommend spending any extra cash then the membership.
Hey, could someone help me? I played this a while back in my PC. I had to delete for some stupid reason. I've trying to get back to playing it for all of 2020! But every time the launcher loads, the play button turns green, I click it, it g is to a grey color for a sec, then reverts back to green. As if I never clicked it. It stops running completely after that. I've opened ticket with DC, but there's no help. Could someone reply?
Gosh the song at the end is so me yo I been playing since 2010 and everytime i get mad at DC I still cant stay away from the game , I put too much money, blood, sweat, and tears in the damn game to let Dcuo go ,literally.💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
I haven’t played in years have they added any dlc episodes that free to play players can do or is it still locked behind pay to play?
Currently there is "All-Open Episodes" event running. This means you can play everything for free for limited time. There is no end-date of this event as for now.
*Uploads a DCUO video*
RUclips: I don't even know what that is.
This game was confusing before, with those nano, crafting machines thinggies... imagine now. No thanks. Nice video!
was a good game till a certain point, bc at a point you need rly strong friends for some missions to go ahead with the gameplay or you have to spend real money
thats why i did stop playing
The game sometimes has a down fall mainly with bosses being to hard to beat even with the right cr or higher cr.
They don’t get enough damage as they should but I like the styles for me create my character.
Just picked up a switch an was thinking about getting back into it. I ant played this since 2011 that's crazy 😧
when i want to play game it says There was an error completing your request. Please try again.
is there a way to use my Xbox character on PC cuz this game is so bad to level up and get SP
No, sorry. So far, there is no way. You will have to start from scratch on PC.
They should just get better dlcs and less money waste tbh it would be perfect if they just stop release Artifacts
Actually just about to get back into DCUO. The games I've been playing just aren't fun anymore, and the new cod, which was gonna be my escape, is ass. I don't think DCUO is an MMO thats gonna die anytime soon.
it's gonna died
Nah it’s gonna die. They’re milking everyone for their money and community is pretty toxic. Wouldn’t recommend but you do you.
Bruh the game already died
Daybrake games just got acquired by EG7...
this is probably bad or good...
I will say my game group always gets bored of DCUO and switches to something else, then after a few months we always go back. I would love to see a DCUO 2 or an upgrade to bring them up to the FF14 lvl.
First real review! Nice!
Who’s that in the thumbnail?
Also, what does a 20 character account with 291 sp's go for, or where can I go to find out?
I would say around 100-150 bucks. But please note, it is against T&C of Daybreak. And because of that I can't mention it here, although a simple google search for buying selling dcuo accounts can help you reach there ;)
Im saying this 2 minutes into the video.
The past 2 years i have been focusing on warframe instead.
Before that i played dcuo for bout 4 years.
Once i came back damn man.
Graphics characters episodes. All better and more detailed.
The game itself is stupidly easy compared to warframe but as an old player im happy to see the changes 👍
I still remember when they released this game on PC and I used to wanna make a clown so bad with mental powers 😂😂😂 Played it obsessively for years right after school lol
I was in love with this game but they have the servers locked to your account's region and it's incredibly laggy for me.
The early days of this game was the best mmo I've ever played pvp wise but once them tank debuffs came out and ever since that game went straight to hell devs are super trash I was so pissed
I played this when it was in beta. The only thing I liked about it was the travel powers. It looks like it looks cooler, but isn't balanced anymore unless you got $$$.
What kind of glitch is that? You’re flying the batwing
How much did you sell your acc if you want to awnser ofcourse.
Long time no see bro. Hope you and your family is safe in Covid. I miss DCUO but sadly cannot play since I moved to another country haha.
Hey Allan! Good to hear from you. Hope you and your family are good too. Where did you move? And why can't you play in that country🤔?
@@iEddyGaming Hi bro I moved to Europe for a project, been here for almost 2 years now. Currently, I don't have a desktop, can't run games on my Mac it heats up lol. My visa ends next year so maybe I will go back to my home otherwise extend it. Depends on covid situation entirely right now :D. I tried to play dcuo on cloud gaming but it sucked lmao.
Oh man! That sucks. But its alright I guess. Atleast you are getting paid and gets to see the beauty of Europe. 😁 Stay safe brother.
@@iEddyGaming yea you too brother
