Fish+Chips.. Fried Scallops/Restaurant Style

These are not those wimpy fish sticks many restaurants call fish and chips. These are large pieces of true Cod/Haddock which is the best fish used for fish and chips. I worked in a restaurant known for fish and chips, but this is my own recipe. Fried sea scallops fried to perfection will leave you satisfied and my home made tater sauce.
