Woooahh the humming and the book noises just reminded me of something that I’d forgotten for about 20 years...
As a kid I used to sit next to my Mum on her bed and read my book while she read hers. The turning of pages would always send me to sleep, and I’d wake up with my book leaning against my face, and her gently saying, “Sorry my love, can you go to your own bed?” Haha! Truth is I never intended to read a word, I just used to like lying there, listening to the pages, just me and her.

Are there more people who fall asleep wearing wireless earbuds and then waking up the next day wondering where the hell they went.
I am this kind of person😫
It's become a morning routine to hunt them down and putting them in my case, then make breakfast
Literally every morning is a 3 minute adventure to find where my airpods fell overnight
I heard a story of a guy who swallowed them while sleeping
i was almost late for school and didnt bother to find the right one
I literally started crying in the humming part. My granny always used to hum when i couldn´t sleep. God i miss her so much

i've been having a really bad few months lately and i've become suicidal and i haven't been able to relax in a very long time, so when i get a chance to i listen to asmr because it calms me down.when i heard the part of the video where she was humming (time stamp above) it just calmed me down so much and i was shocked because i've tried everything to make the stress go away. videos likes these where the asmrtist helps the viewer fall asleep with tips or when the asmrtist says comforting words are my favorite because it's so relaxing to just listen to the creators voice. with glow her voice is so calming and it reminds me of an angel. i know this is just kinda a silly kind word rant, but thank you glow for all the work you put into asmr it really helps people relax :)

• Try getting up and going back only when you’re sleepy enough
• Already start relaxing one hour before bed
• ASMR of course

Try to avoid using blue lights during your nightly sleep though if you have LED lights, blue light harms sleep quality. Start putting your phone on night shift (turns blues down and noticeably warms your phone screen’s hue with oranges and whatnot) and try to sleep in a dark room if possible.
Out of all your tips to help sleep, my absolute fave would have to be watching your videos before bed!!! Seriously, they def help. Love your videos ♥️
