The BMW network has some great family owned business being run by some great people, it’s not all huge PLCs and I think it’s better for it. Having worked for some huge dealer groups that say they are people first focussed but just aren’t…Sean comes across like he actually does care about his people. I hope that is true because the trade needs to show true change if it wants to attract the hard workers of the future. I think if you showed people how it was when I started in 86…nobody would want to work in the trade…it was brutal. But I’m still in it…it’s in the blood!
