Hi Roy, firstly are you wearing an Oodie?, secondly that butane burner is awesome. Flex shafts, love where this is going, been wanting to go that way myself but not sure where to start, mostly for silversmithing, but also for carving. Very interested to see how you go.
Yeah the penguin oodie. Winter I'm wearing it everyday apart from washing days. That burner is a beefy boy compared to my smaller one though for silversmithing it was probably overkill. Hope the motors run well... we will soon find out.

Hahaha…. I mean condolences 😢. I feel the pain… I just returned my Ozzy for replacement (under warranty) - which was fine…. Then setting it up, realised the internal flex shaft was literally fixed on the inside & impossible to attach to the main unit- so back to Bunnings I went for #3. This one seems ok, though it does fluctuate speed on the lowest setting…. Hopefully just teething problems … !? So yeah…. Will be my last… cheap- not overly cheerful. Look forward to the reviews 👍
Well maybe I can find the right Vevor for you? My Ozito is starting to struggle with consistent speed. 5+ years is not too bad though for what was $50 back then.

Oh man if I tried to calculate the running hours on that ozito it would be a crazy number. Probably at least 10-15 hours per week for 5+ years.
