Car Float Operations On Our Layouts

Transporting rail cars over bodies of water on either barges or ferries has long been a practice of real railroads. Lets visit some layouts to see how we model this operation.

Bruce, I've been busy and missed a few of your videos. This one was interesting of an operation that is no longer used. The picture from The Model RR Club, is that new? I don't remember seeing that before.

Rick, there is always a chance that the photo was in the wrong folder on my computer, but I think that it is on their N-Scale Layout.
