I had p125 Yamaha, I ended up donating it. It had a slight lag between striking the key and hearing the sound. It always threw me off on fast notes. I didn't notice it as a beginner and playing slow. My 61 Key casio doesn't have this issue.
I think Yamaha has the edge on some sounds. But nothing spectacular for me. However I was never a fan of the the cheap GHS keybed. How does Casio compare in this respect?
В основном люди не сравнивают звук а хотят показаться,( что свойственно приматам) более важными и осведомленными" поэтому они показывают, что знают такие дорогие марки как kawai, Yamaha, Roland, даже если их нет в видео.
I have a 14 year Casio Privia PX120. It has no ability to hook up to a tablet (no USB port) so I cannot use any of the modern piano apps to learn. It sounds OK but I want something more modern that I can use. This is why I am considering the Casio S110.
Yamaha has slightly better sound but I always found the keys ‘mushy’. Casio has much nicer keyboard. Both excellent pianos and definitely both worthy of a test drive. Jack you’re a legend mate!
@@Ajaykumarr89the Casio was heavier and more natural to me. This is very subjective of course, so absolutely try all the options yourself if you get the chance! Good luck 🙂
Roland fp10 available now for 400 bucks has the better action…ignore the internal sounds and use vst….this is the by far the best deal…sorry Jack..still love your videos….just got mine in the mail…the action is very reminiscent of real piano. Honestly the most important factor….indont even bother with the onboard sounds. Pianoteq 8 Ravenscroft 275…depends on my mood. The Casio and Yamaha have inferior action at this level for sure the Roland is using their ph4 action with triple sensor and escapement…longer pivot point on the Roland.
As a piano teachers I know perfectly these two kbed. Yamaha has the better sound by far, but ils keys will not aging well and becoming noisy af. Roland Fp10 is a far better deal, trust me.
Your a bid fan of th P-90? It was unintelligible. I assume you meant the Yamaha. I just really wish Casio would finally move into the real professional world. It was such a nostalgic name from when we were kids. I feel like they dropped the apple cart on actually becoming real.
Seeing jack jamming with those cheap affordable piano and play it beautifully it's just mesmerizing
Yk it's a good day when andertons drops a video
Yamaha, hands down for sound quality. If the Casio has the Privia keybed, then that's a plus.

I am surprised how much better the Yamaha sounds. That’s coming from someone who owns a Casio CT-S500.
Jack always killin it on the keys
I own the Yamaha P45 and It has beautiful sound, and I love it.

Hi, great vids as usual! Loving them! I need some help: I'm thinking of buying a fantom 7 EX, has the polyphony issue been sorted? Thank you.

i thought the apps just use the microphone. 😮
Jack's back!!
They both okay, I love a piano with a bit of flavor.
Yamaha all day long. No contest.

What about the weight of keys ? Does it have heavier action or lighter ?

@@davidbower9025 im searching for a basic compact 88 note keyboard with heavier action for practice. Sound is not the priority.

Wasn’t ready for the harpsichord riff 😂
the acoustic piano on Casio sounds a little muffled.. I don't know about ky action, but for me, Yamaha wins.
Yamaha sounds better, more pleasant to my ears
Да, если на ушах вы сидите.
It does sound better. It’s more natural to me somehow.
Yamaha sounds better
im no expert or keyboard player but my ears are telling me yamaha . anyway great video

The Yamaha has a better Piano sound, the rest is a toss up for me.
It's like Snes or sega.
is it just me or has casio not changed their main piano sound in over 20 years
Поменяли в 19г и 21г
The casio sounds like a toy.
У меня для вас плохие новости. У вас нет слуха
First comment! I believe I win the Casio, right? Cheeeers!😂
sadly not ;-) @justin_collier beat you to it by four minutes!
@@geoffwebber8272 Fine! … I’ll take the Yamaha P45 then 😅
sei il re di Palermo
So much of "Hisssss" noise on Yamaha. That's really annoying as it clearly means those are recorded samples.. Just Rompler stuffs.. ✌️
Id take Casio over the yahama, casios piano sound isn’t all the best but you get more features for the buck
