Crack theory: I wonder if papyrus is kris's new foster parent? That's why he kept on saying "PAPYRUS LOVES YOU!" And why the narrator was so cynical in that video. Kris didn't want to move or live with anyone else.
May also be relevant to the home phone not being able to be called Maybe instead of kris has no home, it's just that sans and papyrus don't got a home phone
Things of note: - This video's name could imply a reference to MyHouse.wad, further supported by the fact that it's about as comprehensible, aka not at all. - This video seems to be a direct continuation of 18_bedroom. This isn't the only case of one video being a direct continuation of another, as it's implied, especially later in this video, that 16_roaring town? is a direct continuation of 15_doorway. - It seems that the infinite hallway isn't so infinite, but is rather a fucking maze. - Behind one of the doors, for whatever possible reason, on the other side there's a Snowdin Town's shop, with the only option being exit, and with the text saying "But". The video's description seems to echo this word, but its significance is left undetermined. - - It also reveals that Kris, again, for whatever reason, is carrying a whopping 5 items. - The next doo seems to be a blend of a normal Kris bedroom, complete with a sleeping Kris on the right, and the bedroom as seen in 18_bedroom, complete with shifted colors and shifted computer desk. - - This seems to be a metaphorical connection to the concept of dreaming, which in hindsight sounds obvious, but the implications almost scare me. - Next they stop by a mirror. If we count the mirrors, this is the third mirror again, like in the previous video, however NarraKris is nowhere to be heard. Instead, the normal narrator states "Not this one". This could either imply that this mirror is different to the one in 18_bedroom, or a foreshadowing to the mirror Kris looks into later in the video. - - Also, Kris's reflection takes an extra second to c e a s e. - Going down into the guest room, this iteration has a couple of differences to the one seen in 18_bedroom (which coincidentally seems identical to a normal one anyway): - - Obviously, the stairs are longer. (what is it with this household and long objects?) - - There are no foreground objects, such as the table and the couch. - - Some (or rather most) of the windows that had monster-shaped action figures or whatever the hell are now devoid of them. - - The sink and the microwave switched places. - - The receiver is hanging on its cord. - - THE CHAIRIEL IS MISSING. - - Oh, and of course the front door, too, is missing. You know, despite the previous video suggesting its existence. - Several throne rooms (aka bathrooms) are chained together, each with noticeable, but iterational, differences. - - The first iteration looks like the normal bathroom. Minus the fact that the door to the next iteration is there. - - The second iteration features different colored towel, curtain and gallon-sized shampoo bottle. It has a door to the final iteration. - - The third iteration has a different-colored curtain, a bare wall where the window (usually) or a door (in this case) should be, a filled bathtub and an elongated mirror in place of the sink. - - - I wouldn't claim to know, but I imagine the filled bathtub will thrill the trout population. - Going into the mirror Kris finds themself in an upside-down hallway. This does prevent them from going *down* the stairs, however. - Next up, guest room's second iteration. Differnces: - - This one seems to be sliced down the middle, with the northern half being raised considerably. - - The bottom half this time seems to have the foreground objects. - - The top half is largely the same as previous iteration, however we see the return of Chairiel. - Going back up and through the door at the end of the corridor, we finally see Toriel's bedroom. It is identical to Undertale's, with the exception of: - - The color palette being changed to better blend in with the rest of the house. - - The desk's contents, which include the biggest lore drop of this ARG so far. The note. Or, rather, the letter. A letter with no set recipient, but a letter nonetheless. This letter singlehandedly answers so many questions, and yet leaves more questions unanswered, all the while fueling the fire with more questions yet. - - - According to the letter, Toriel moves out. This was foreshadowed, and even outright stated in 11_school early. However we got some new details. - - - - It seems that whatever the cause, the decision was sudden. Whatever happened, it must've been drastic. One of the siblings drowning being the cause Plausibility Index: 66.4% - - - - Whatever the cause, Toriel isn't taking Kris with her. I cannot imagine the possible reason, at least without diving into a rabbit hole. It seems that whatever happened, Toriel either cannot, or no longer wishes to be Kris's parent. - - - - - {Theory} Taking the other note into account, as well as the letter's contents, it seems very unlikely that Kris is the one that drowned. That leaves only Asriel. Putting the pieces together, it looks like she blames Kris for Asriel's death (which, I mean, understandable). It seems like no matter how much she loved Kris, she couldn't find it in her heart to forgive her own son, yet she cared enough to not just straight-up abandon Kris, giving his fate in the hands of another family. - - - Toriel mentions her son (Asriel) exactly once, however his status is undetermined. It is possible, however unlikely, that Asriel is alive at this point in time. Considering everything else, though... Plausibility Index: 9.5%. - - - "Although, they do seem to have trouble connecting with kids his age": This sentence uses both "they" and "he". Two possibilities: - - - - -Toriel was talking about Asriel: they (Kris) do seem to have trouble connecting with kids his (Asriel's) age.- - - - - This is a mistake on the writer's part, which is entirely undertandable considering that I, myself, almost misgendered Kris in one of the recent notes. (Confirmed by the author) - - - This note's very existance ties in with the previous videos. There may be more that I'm missing. - - - - Susie's visions in 17_even more susie phone dialogue mention a house, *a note*, *a bedroom*, and a lake. This leaves very little room for doubt what she was referring to. - - - - This explains Kris's reluctance to read the note in 13_unfinished shop. - Upon leaving the bedroom, Kris once again interacts with the mirror. - - This mirror, again, doesn't summon NarraKris, instead opting for the usual narrator once more. However, the things it says and the style of speech suggest it may instead be "Susie". In any case, it really reminds me of her. - - - The narrator's dialogue also heaviliy imlies that if the next video won't be the last one, it sure as hell promises something big. - Going back into the same guest room, we actually enter its third iteration. - - This one seems to have every difference made by the first iteration reversed, giving us its original details and layout. Everything, except the missing Chairiel. - - Through the windows we see the same floating colors as in 15_doorway. This could mean different things: - - - Kris never left the space in-between doors, which seems to correlate with one of the Trans Dimensional Doors rules outlined in 12_papyrus house: "We may not be able to save you if you are lost between two doors", which implies that one cannot escape it by themselves, despite what we've been led to believe in 15_doorway. - - - Kris did leave the space in-between doors, which would mean that what we see is the sky of the Roaring Town, which seems to correlate with Alvin the church guy's and Monster Kid's account that the sky did indeed change, with Alvin the church guy even mentioning how "bright and beautiful the sky is". This in turn could possibly mean, but not guarantee, that Kris escaping the space in-between doors also let the "sky" escape as well, which could *also* be symbolized by the fact that Kris enters the Roaring Town through exiting the Bunker. Perhaps it was being contained there? - - - Both of the above facts are true, meaning that the Roaring Town is, in a way, a world, a pocket dimension or an illusion located inside the space in-between doors -(like that one Steven Universe episode)-. This and the top fact are supported by the fact that Kris leaves the house in their Dark World costume. Whichever of the above facts is true, this story takes a sharp turn ever since 15_doorway. - Leaving the house reveals that this is the house that was missing in the Roaring Town specifically, or at least Kris exits there. They also wear their Dark World costume. - - Despite videos 15-19 having a somewhat straight timeline with it being implied that little to no time is passing in-between videos, with 17_even more susie phone dialogue being the exception, it is unclear how Kris/Ash finds their way into the house. It could be possible they are simply teleported there by "Susie", but that is mere speculation. - - - {Theory} Speaking of "Susie", I think this place, the space in-between doors, is the place where "Susie" was born in, or at least where this entity resides. It seems they have some influence over this world in-between doors, but they're also able to communicate with Kris/Ash outside of this world, as evidenced by 05_susie phone dialogue (see my theory on "Susie" in my notes on 17_even more susie dialogue).

Hmm... Up until now, I had been operating under the assumption Kris was the drowned one, with the order of events: Asriel and Kris argued > Kris drowned in the lake > Toriel moved away...but the note definitely sets up Kris as being alive when Toriel moves. I'm not sure I'm completely sold yet on Asriel drowning, but a lot of things could still make sense when viewed that way. Kris could have been the one leaving chocolate coins for him. It explains Kris's reluctance to engage with Ralsei (as well as making Ralsei's lake dialog STING - "I wouldn't want you to drown!" says the mirror image of your drowned brother...), as well as the general pervading sense of guilt and the need to face the truth. At the same time, if that's the main point of the story, I guess I'm a little disappointed - I got really invested in the whole "eldritch sea monster 'saves' a drowning human child, but at what cost" concept. I guess we'll just have to see what today's upload is.
my current theory is now that toriel and asriel were moving away, with asgore not included in the family as seen in the roaring town. kris wanted to come with, and it culminated in them getting into an argument with asriel in where kris ends up in a coma/purgatory of some sort after ending up in the lake from either asriel or themself.
I discovered this channel by accident and this is genuinely turning into one of the most interesting ARGs I’ve seen in a while. It’s like the Deltarune version of Petscop.

From what I can gather so far, the house was a manifest of how Kris felt living with the Dreemurrs. Stuck in a cycle, probably going from foster home to foster home, living day by day stuck in a loop. Maybe they were finally getting used to Toriel and Asriel. But one day, they found the Letter, and everything turned upside down, like the hallways and rooms. And a rift grew between the family and Kris, implied by the giant cliff between Kris and the other halves of the rooms and the phone. They can't call home because they have no more home.
Maybe that connects to earlier in the episodes how it keeps making us think that kris drowned themselves, maybe they did so cause they couldn't handle moving from home to home anymore

This actually feels like we're watching Kris' mind break down... first the people they knew started acting off, then known locations began to distort as the story of their "dream" began to derail, and now even places familiar to them are beginning to get warped beyond recognition

OBSERVATION TIME! (Texty edition) -Starts where 18_bedroom left off. --The hall is NOT infinite like we thought, but loops back on itself when Kris reaches the end. -2 staircases -Eye painting near the end of the hallway -The 2nd door seems to be the Snowdin shop, without a Shopkeeper, and with the word "But" --There's no option to Buy, Sell, or Talk. Only to Exit. -Third door is Kris' Bedroom --Different from the one in 18_Bedroom, the cage is there, there's a distinct lack of Asriel, and Kris is sleeping in the bed, despite also being out of it. -One of the mirrors gives the dialogue "Not this one." when interacted with. I am unsure of what this means --Kris' Silhouette actually fades out instead of moving with them after Kris moves away from it. -Staircase 1 leads downstairs, but the staircase is longer than normal. --There's no other discernable difference in the main room here besides the lack of a front door to my knowledge, but something else definitely FEELS off to me, if anyone can find anything else wrong, PLEASE tell me. ---Bathroom here is MOSTLY normal, but there's a door on the other side which leads to another bathroom, which then leads to a THIRD, before finally stopping there. The third one lacks a sink, and the tub there is filled. -Entering through Bathroom 3's mirror leads to a flipped version of Deltarune's normal upstairs, going down (up?) the stairs here leads to the normal downstairs, but the back half of the Kitchen and Living room are blocked off. There is still a distinct lack of a front door. We do not get to see the Bathroom. --Interacting with the Mirror here says "There is one last thing to do. Remove the Delusion. Pull it out by the roots. Take Strength in Truth." This probably connects to the dialogue at the end of "17_even more susie phone dialogue" -The end of the flipped hallway has a normal door, which leads to Toriel's room from Undertale...? --Kris reads the note here, which confirms that Kris is a Foster Child. Toriel seems to like Kris. They are also referred to as a "he" exactly once in the letter, the rest of it refers to them as a they. Probably a mistake on the creator's part? == *Update! The Creator, who has now been confirmed to be LVoid, Confirmed this was a mistake on their part!* ---Toriel seems to have been unable to take Kris with the rest of the Dreemurrs due to the move, and was planning on sending them to another Foster Home. -At the end, Kris walks downstairs. It's almost entirely normal, save for the windows having a similar pattern to the one in "15_doorway" --There is a front door. ---When Kris exits the house, there is are a few frames where you can see what looks to be the exact same as the end of "16_roaringtown? ----The only noteable difference is that Kris is in their dark world form. -This will have an unknown effect on the trout population Okay, now to theorize. I'm thinking after the Dreemurr's moved, Kris *did* get moved to a new foster home. The Old Dreemurr house ended up getting demolished as well after the Dreemurrs moved. Asriel goes to college after the move, Kris gets left behind. The Argument seen in 07_Cyberfield TVRoom could be between Kris and Asriel before the Dreemurrs move, maybe they're setting up to leave. Kris, obviously, doesn't want the Dreemurrs to move, and argues. This ends up escalating, and Asriel leaves Kris, and they're alone, again. 04_diner unused cutscene happens sometime between the Lake Argument and the Dreemurrs moving away. After the Dreemurrs end up leaving, nobody even batting an eye, Kris jumps into the Lake. (See 10_lake) They drown, almost everything else from 01_prison room to 14_early intro cutscene (with the exception of 04_diner unused cutscene) is Kris' limbo, with Kris being stuck there, giving brief reminders of their past, such as the TV Room, and 10_lake. 015_doorway is a wake up call for Kris, the world having been covered in Darkness as seen in 16_roaring town? 17_even more susie phone dialogue, right at the end, is another Wake Up Call for Kris, they're *still* in limbo. 18_bedroom is a flashback 19_myhouse unused is Kris going through their Limbo to try and escape, and eventually succeeding. The Dark World Form as they exit might hint to them having a more physical form after the world got covered in darkness, since in the Dark World, Objects turn into sentient beings, and well... a Corpse is an object. It wouldn't be *too* far-fetched to say The Roaring revived Kris. Anywyas, that's a theory. There's *definitely* holes in this, I didn't even address the first 3 videos.
at first i wasn't sure if this series was getting kris' gender wrong or not, but the fact that "his" was used specifically one time in the letter makes me entirely convinced it's intentional. especially since the proper pronoun is used earlier in the same sentence. i'm almost completely positive this is an experience the player in this series has gone through now
I was wondering about that too, because the creator clearly has a good understanding of the lore and characters. I don't think they'd get the gender wrong on purpose without reason...

Okay My theory is that nothing since Kris entered the in between the door was real, being only fragments of their memory manifesting And then at the end, it's revealed that Kris has been in the dark world for all this time

Would like to add, the other half of the room is slightly grayed out, plus the rug change connects it back to 18-bedroom. The side with kris in it looks like the begining of the actual game, so thats pretty cool.
There's something very eerie and intimidating about the mirror speech and Dark World Kris being in the "Roaring Town" area. Makes me think we might even see a battle or some sort of confrontation next upload?

I got what might be a pretty wild theory. You know how in the first episode of this, the prisoner says that Kris is making them uncomfortable? That specific wording reminds me a lot of how Asriel speaks to Kris in episode 18. What if Kris drowned themselves in the lake, and Asriel was labelled a murderer for it because he was there in a very heated argument with Kris just before it happened? Now Kris's spirit haunts the town, trying to regain the life they had before finding that note.
Could be a reference to the Doom map. Walking through the mirror into a mirrored world, impossible geometry, and the title literally has “myhouse” in it.

man this brings back memories about a dream i once had, i was in a seemingly endless house with countless different rooms connected to each other, there was no one around but there were all sorta things in there, and seeing the outside thru windows made me less scared about the place i was in
So Theory time Ive seen some people say the lights are the ones Alvin mentioned But no If you look there the same exact lights from episode 15_doorway In episode 15_doorway Kris goes to use the portal doors but like warned in episode 12_papyrus house warned us not to kris ended up getting stuck in a space between locations and which after a distressing phone call the narration starts talking to kris and asks them if they want to go HOME in which ash playing as kris hits YES and then we come across a door which asks us again where we want to go but don’t answer since we already did the first time 15_doorway ends with us walking threw the door. 18_bedroom Opens with kris walking into their house and going to their room only for another uncomfortable conversation with seemingly the same person on the phone only to leave the room and suddenly the hallways just keep going ending after kris interacts with a mirror that says some confusing things This episode imedently starts of where we last were so im asuming that these three are direct continuations of eachother order is 15_doorway 18_bedroom 19_myhouse

This is a dream world, Asirel has moved out of the house already, so Toriel shouldn't be concerned with their relationship. The note appers to repsent somthing in Kris or the Players mind.
they came out of the door in their darkworld outift. that probably means this in in the time of the roaring. and the interdimensional doorway background is out side of the window when kris starts to get closer to the door. i think them walking out with their outfit on is not just a symbolism of them being reanimated but them ACTUALLY getting reanimated after they left the house.
Something tells me Kris is deep into the roaring realem and is trying to make sense and get a whole of it. Also sad Kris think that their family will move Kris to a different family

I know no one asked but here's my theory. *Spoilers for the book House of Leaves* the game itself is alive. Just like how in House of leaves which inspired MyHouse.WAD which inspired this ARG. In the metanarrative House of leaves an old man Named Zampanò writes a story but dies before he can finish it and the Narrator of the book tries to put the pieces of his work together into an actual story. This story is about a family that Buys a house that is bigger on the inside than it is outside and find that the house is filled with corridors that are seemingly infinite (kinda like the backrooms) But as time goes on The Narrator Slowly Slips further and further into madness unable to tell parts of the Story from His work, Zampanò's work. or what the Book itself has written. i believe that in the ARG Ash-veil is being used by their copy of Deltarune the same way The book uses the Narrator in house of Leaves and is creating parts of story based off of Ash's Memories and fears (which explains the use of the the Pronoun His at 2:49) and the ARG will end with Ash dead in a similar way as the Creator of MyHouse.wad TL;DR The ARG is not about anyone from Deltarune, but it is about Ash-Veil. Ash-Veil is being used by their copy of Deltarune and the game is creating things in game specific to him, and will Die because of it. The final time entering the living room outside the window is the place outside the door portal, indicating he may have never left the strange gateway and is either dead, or in some sort of dream he can’t understand or comprehend. Slowly driving himself to madness as shown by the repetitive strange hallway.
Considering the connection between the Dark World and Illusions in this ARG, the ending might be a bit of foreshadowing. From 10_lake, which pretty clearly represents Asriel as Ralsei, (which is also a connection in 08_unused boat cutscene,) and considering Ralsei has been used as this weird purgatory representation of Asriel, Kris becoming their "Dark World" sprites has to represent something at the end. Which, leads me into thinking, the high possibility that Kris isn't going to just accept leaving this fake life they know, which they are probably more comfortable with, (Toriel saying they dislike change.) Unless something forces Kris to realize, there's a high chance they won't go, which gives the context of Kris becoming the "Fake World" sprite more meaning at the end after the delusions message. This also explains 16_roaring_town and basically most of the whole series as being a delusion they can't keep running, as the truth will always shine outwards. Some parts being more "normal?" like 01, 04, 05(kinda,) 08, and finally 12. This allows for the Kris is Dead theory, and/or the Ash represents/is Kris theory to both work well, and this video also gives some more creedence to Ash being Kris (pronouns that Kris just, doesn't use, which the creator seems to know considering it's been correct before, and the fact that now in the descriptions they seem more confused/fearful, with now just resorting to one word sentences.) Also, think 21 might be the ending of this series, considering we're VERY close to the finale it seems, and the fact that it would be a reference to the final entry in the true lab. (kris's element is now the illusions of their own creations/j) extreme yapping over.

Things of note:
- This video's name could imply a reference to MyHouse.wad, further supported by the fact that it's about as comprehensible, aka not at all.
- This video seems to be a direct continuation of 18_bedroom. This isn't the only case of one video being a direct continuation of another, as it's implied, especially later in this video, that 16_roaring town? is a direct continuation of 15_doorway.
- It seems that the infinite hallway isn't so infinite, but is rather a fucking maze.
- Behind one of the doors, for whatever possible reason, on the other side there's a Snowdin Town's shop, with the only option being exit, and with the text saying "But". The video's description seems to echo this word, but its significance is left undetermined.
- - It also reveals that Kris, again, for whatever reason, is carrying a whopping 5 items.
- The next doo seems to be a blend of a normal Kris bedroom, complete with a sleeping Kris on the right, and the bedroom as seen in 18_bedroom, complete with shifted colors and shifted computer desk.
- - This seems to be a metaphorical connection to the concept of dreaming, which in hindsight sounds obvious, but the implications almost scare me.
- Next they stop by a mirror. If we count the mirrors, this is the third mirror again, like in the previous video, however NarraKris is nowhere to be heard. Instead, the normal narrator states "Not this one". This could either imply that this mirror is different to the one in 18_bedroom, or a foreshadowing to the mirror Kris looks into later in the video.
- - Also, Kris's reflection takes an extra second to c e a s e.
- Going down into the guest room, this iteration has a couple of differences to the one seen in 18_bedroom (which coincidentally seems identical to a normal one anyway):
- - Obviously, the stairs are longer. (what is it with this household and long objects?)
- - There are no foreground objects, such as the table and the couch.
- - Some (or rather most) of the windows that had monster-shaped action figures or whatever the hell are now devoid of them.
- - The sink and the microwave switched places.
- - The receiver is hanging on its cord.
- - THE CHAIRIEL IS MISSING.
- - Oh, and of course the front door, too, is missing. You know, despite the previous video suggesting its existence.
- Several throne rooms (aka bathrooms) are chained together, each with noticeable, but iterational, differences.
- - The first iteration looks like the normal bathroom. Minus the fact that the door to the next iteration is there.
- - The second iteration features different colored towel, curtain and gallon-sized shampoo bottle. It has a door to the final iteration.
- - The third iteration has a different-colored curtain, a bare wall where the window (usually) or a door (in this case) should be, a filled bathtub and an elongated mirror in place of the sink.
- - - I wouldn't claim to know, but I imagine the filled bathtub will thrill the trout population.
- Going into the mirror Kris finds themself in an upside-down hallway. This does prevent them from going *down* the stairs, however.
- Next up, guest room's second iteration. Differnces:
- - This one seems to be sliced down the middle, with the northern half being raised considerably.
- - The bottom half this time seems to have the foreground objects.
- - The top half is largely the same as previous iteration, however we see the return of Chairiel.
- Going back up and through the door at the end of the corridor, we finally see Toriel's bedroom. It is identical to Undertale's, with the exception of:
- - The color palette being changed to better blend in with the rest of the house.
- - The desk's contents, which include the biggest lore drop of this ARG so far. The note. Or, rather, the letter. A letter with no set recipient, but a letter nonetheless. This letter singlehandedly answers so many questions, and yet leaves more questions unanswered, all the while fueling the fire with more questions yet.
- - - According to the letter, Toriel moves out. This was foreshadowed, and even outright stated in 11_school early. However we got some new details.
- - - - It seems that whatever the cause, the decision was sudden. Whatever happened, it must've been drastic. One of the siblings drowning being the cause Plausibility Index: 66.4%
- - - - Whatever the cause, Toriel isn't taking Kris with her. I cannot imagine the possible reason, at least without diving into a rabbit hole. It seems that whatever happened, Toriel either cannot, or no longer wishes to be Kris's parent.
- - - - - {Theory} Taking the other note into account, as well as the letter's contents, it seems very unlikely that Kris is the one that drowned. That leaves only Asriel. Putting the pieces together, it looks like she blames Kris for Asriel's death (which, I mean, understandable). It seems like no matter how much she loved Kris, she couldn't find it in her heart to forgive her own son, yet she cared enough to not just straight-up abandon Kris, giving his fate in the hands of another family.
- - - Toriel mentions her son (Asriel) exactly once, however his status is undetermined. It is possible, however unlikely, that Asriel is alive at this point in time. Considering everything else, though... Plausibility Index: 9.5%.
- - - "Although, they do seem to have trouble connecting with kids his age": This sentence uses both "they" and "he". Two possibilities:

- Upon leaving the bedroom, Kris once again interacts with the mirror.
- - This mirror, again, doesn't summon NarraKris, instead opting for the usual narrator once more. However, the things it says and the style of speech suggest it may instead be "Susie". In any case, it really reminds me of her.
- - - The narrator's dialogue also heaviliy imlies that if the next video won't be the last one, it sure as hell promises something big.
- Going back into the same guest room, we actually enter its third iteration.
- - This one seems to have every difference made by the first iteration reversed, giving us its original details and layout. Everything, except the missing Chairiel.
- - Through the windows we see the same floating colors as in 15_doorway. This could mean different things:
- - - Kris never left the space in-between doors, which seems to correlate with one of the Trans Dimensional Doors rules outlined in 12_papyrus house: "We may not be able to save you if you are lost between two doors", which implies that one cannot escape it by themselves, despite what we've been led to believe in 15_doorway.
- - - Kris did leave the space in-between doors, which would mean that what we see is the sky of the Roaring Town, which seems to correlate with Alvin the church guy's and Monster Kid's account that the sky did indeed change, with Alvin the church guy even mentioning how "bright and beautiful the sky is". This in turn could possibly mean, but not guarantee, that Kris escaping the space in-between doors also let the "sky" escape as well, which could *also* be symbolized by the fact that Kris enters the Roaring Town through exiting the Bunker. Perhaps it was being contained there?
- - - Both of the above facts are true, meaning that the Roaring Town is, in a way, a world, a pocket dimension or an illusion located inside the space in-between doors -(like that one Steven Universe episode)-. This and the top fact are supported by the fact that Kris leaves the house in their Dark World costume. Whichever of the above facts is true, this story takes a sharp turn ever since 15_doorway.
- Leaving the house reveals that this is the house that was missing in the Roaring Town specifically, or at least Kris exits there. They also wear their Dark World costume.
- - Despite videos 15-19 having a somewhat straight timeline with it being implied that little to no time is passing in-between videos, with 17_even more susie phone dialogue being the exception, it is unclear how Kris/Ash finds their way into the house. It could be possible they are simply teleported there by "Susie", but that is mere speculation.
- - - {Theory} Speaking of "Susie", I think this place, the space in-between doors, is the place where "Susie" was born in, or at least where this entity resides. It seems they have some influence over this world in-between doors, but they're also able to communicate with Kris/Ash outside of this world, as evidenced by 05_susie phone dialogue (see my theory on "Susie" in my notes on 17_even more susie dialogue).

Hmm... Up until now, I had been operating under the assumption Kris was the drowned one, with the order of events: Asriel and Kris argued > Kris drowned in the lake > Toriel moved away...but the note definitely sets up Kris as being alive when Toriel moves.
I'm not sure I'm completely sold yet on Asriel drowning, but a lot of things could still make sense when viewed that way. Kris could have been the one leaving chocolate coins for him. It explains Kris's reluctance to engage with Ralsei (as well as making Ralsei's lake dialog STING - "I wouldn't want you to drown!" says the mirror image of your drowned brother...), as well as the general pervading sense of guilt and the need to face the truth.
At the same time, if that's the main point of the story, I guess I'm a little disappointed - I got really invested in the whole "eldritch sea monster 'saves' a drowning human child, but at what cost" concept.
I guess we'll just have to see what today's upload is.
At the end, turns out no one drowned.
my current theory is now that toriel and asriel were moving away, with asgore not included in the family as seen in the roaring town. kris wanted to come with, and it culminated in them getting into an argument with asriel in where kris ends up in a coma/purgatory of some sort after ending up in the lake from either asriel or themself.
I discovered this channel by accident and this is genuinely turning into one of the most interesting ARGs I’ve seen in a while. It’s like the Deltarune version of Petscop.

From what I can gather so far, the house was a manifest of how Kris felt living with the Dreemurrs.
Stuck in a cycle, probably going from foster home to foster home, living day by day stuck in a loop.
Maybe they were finally getting used to Toriel and Asriel.
But one day, they found the Letter, and everything turned upside down, like the hallways and rooms.
And a rift grew between the family and Kris, implied by the giant cliff between Kris and the other halves of the rooms and the phone.
They can't call home because they have no more home.
"They can't call home because they have no home" is unironically genius and I hope the ARG goes in that direction
Plus we keep seeing the house disappear as a further nod to how Kris has no more home
Maybe that connects to earlier in the episodes how it keeps making us think that kris drowned themselves, maybe they did so cause they couldn't handle moving from home to home anymore

Okay, now to theorize.
I'm thinking after the Dreemurr's moved, Kris *did* get moved to a new foster home. The Old Dreemurr house ended up getting demolished as well after the Dreemurrs moved.
Asriel goes to college after the move, Kris gets left behind.
The Argument seen in 07_Cyberfield TVRoom could be between Kris and Asriel before the Dreemurrs move, maybe they're setting up to leave.
Kris, obviously, doesn't want the Dreemurrs to move, and argues. This ends up escalating, and Asriel leaves Kris, and they're alone, again.
04_diner unused cutscene happens sometime between the Lake Argument and the Dreemurrs moving away.
After the Dreemurrs end up leaving, nobody even batting an eye, Kris jumps into the Lake. (See 10_lake)
They drown, almost everything else from 01_prison room to 14_early intro cutscene (with the exception of 04_diner unused cutscene) is Kris' limbo, with Kris being stuck there, giving brief reminders of their past, such as the TV Room, and 10_lake.
015_doorway is a wake up call for Kris, the world having been covered in Darkness as seen in 16_roaring town?
17_even more susie phone dialogue, right at the end, is another Wake Up Call for Kris, they're *still* in limbo.
18_bedroom is a flashback
19_myhouse unused is Kris going through their Limbo to try and escape, and eventually succeeding. The Dark World Form as they exit might hint to them having a more physical form after the world got covered in darkness, since in the Dark World, Objects turn into sentient beings, and well... a Corpse is an object. It wouldn't be *too* far-fetched to say The Roaring revived Kris.
Anywyas, that's a theory. There's *definitely* holes in this, I didn't even address the first 3 videos.
at first i wasn't sure if this series was getting kris' gender wrong or not, but the fact that "his" was used specifically one time in the letter makes me entirely convinced it's intentional. especially since the proper pronoun is used earlier in the same sentence. i'm almost completely positive this is an experience the player in this series has gone through now

Would like to add, the other half of the room is slightly grayed out, plus the rug change connects it back to 18-bedroom. The side with kris in it looks like the begining of the actual game, so thats pretty cool.

I would also like to add that near the end, the background behind the windows at the kitchen is the background of "15_doorway".
There's something very eerie and intimidating about the mirror speech and Dark World Kris being in the "Roaring Town" area. Makes me think we might even see a battle or some sort of confrontation next upload?
@@j09k06 Mirror Kris kinda seems like a separate entity than regular Kris, especially with the not disappearing when they should in this episode. So yeah, things will most likely get downright terrifying next few episodes

I got what might be a pretty wild theory. You know how in the first episode of this, the prisoner says that Kris is making them uncomfortable? That specific wording reminds me a lot of how Asriel speaks to Kris in episode 18. What if Kris drowned themselves in the lake, and Asriel was labelled a murderer for it because he was there in a very heated argument with Kris just before it happened? Now Kris's spirit haunts the town, trying to regain the life they had before finding that note.
Could be a reference to the Doom map. Walking through the mirror into a mirrored world, impossible geometry, and the title literally has “myhouse” in it.

man this brings back memories about a dream i once had, i was in a seemingly endless house with countless different rooms connected to each other, there was no one around but there were all sorta things in there, and seeing the outside thru windows made me less scared about the place i was in

in which ash playing as kris hits YES and then we come across a door which asks us again where we want to go but don’t answer since we already did the first time 15_doorway ends with us walking threw the door.

This is a dream world, Asirel has moved out of the house already, so Toriel shouldn't be concerned with their relationship. The note appers to repsent somthing in Kris or the Players mind.

they came out of the door in their darkworld outift. that probably means this in in the time of the roaring. and the interdimensional doorway background is out side of the window when kris starts to get closer to the door. i think them walking out with their outfit on is not just a symbolism of them being reanimated but them ACTUALLY getting reanimated after they left the house.

I know no one asked but here's my theory. *Spoilers for the book House of Leaves*
the game itself is alive. Just like how in House of leaves which inspired MyHouse.WAD which inspired this ARG.
In the metanarrative House of leaves an old man Named Zampanò writes a story but dies before he can finish it and the Narrator of the book tries to put the pieces of his work together into an actual story.
This story is about a family that Buys a house that is bigger on the inside than it is outside and find that the house is filled with corridors that are seemingly infinite (kinda like the backrooms)
But as time goes on The Narrator Slowly Slips further and further into madness unable to tell parts of the Story from His work, Zampanò's work. or what the Book itself has written.
i believe that in the ARG Ash-veil is being used by their copy of Deltarune the same way The book uses the Narrator in house of Leaves and is creating parts of story based off of Ash's Memories and fears (which explains the use of the the Pronoun His at 2:49) and the ARG will end with Ash dead in a similar way as the Creator of MyHouse.wad
TL;DR The ARG is not about anyone from Deltarune, but it is about Ash-Veil. Ash-Veil is being used by their copy of Deltarune and the game is creating things in game specific to him, and will Die because of it.

The final time entering the living room outside the window is the place outside the door portal, indicating he may have never left the strange gateway and is either dead, or in some sort of dream he can’t understand or comprehend. Slowly driving himself to madness as shown by the repetitive strange hallway.
Considering the connection between the Dark World and Illusions in this ARG, the ending might be a bit of foreshadowing.
From 10_lake, which pretty clearly represents Asriel as Ralsei, (which is also a connection in 08_unused boat cutscene,) and considering Ralsei has been used as this weird purgatory representation of Asriel, Kris becoming their "Dark World" sprites has to represent something at the end.
Which, leads me into thinking, the high possibility that Kris isn't going to just accept leaving this fake life they know, which they are probably more comfortable with, (Toriel saying they dislike change.) Unless something forces Kris to realize, there's a high chance they won't go, which gives the context of Kris becoming the "Fake World" sprite more meaning at the end after the delusions message.
This also explains 16_roaring_town and basically most of the whole series as being a delusion they can't keep running, as the truth will always shine outwards. Some parts being more "normal?" like 01, 04, 05(kinda,) 08, and finally 12.
This allows for the Kris is Dead theory, and/or the Ash represents/is Kris theory to both work well, and this video also gives some more creedence to Ash being Kris (pronouns that Kris just, doesn't use, which the creator seems to know considering it's been correct before, and the fact that now in the descriptions they seem more confused/fearful, with now just resorting to one word sentences.)
Also, think 21 might be the ending of this series, considering we're VERY close to the finale it seems, and the fact that it would be a reference to the final entry in the true lab. (kris's element is now the illusions of their own creations/j)

i dont think this counteracts the theories about them being dead but maybe this is their dark thoughts and fears (maybe regrets) being projected before they finally accept its time to pass on? this whole journey has likely just been them in the transitionary period between life and death, though idk how stuff like roaring_town and the lake would factor in. maybe they took their own life or maybe asriel DID drown in the lake accidentally after the theorized argument and kris guiltridden did uh....yknow.
i think roaring_town is what happened to hometown... well, after the roaring. kris was dead before they could ever stop the roaring from happening.
