From the fried rice to the noodles 🍜 and everything in between he's definitely on point when it comes to preparing all of his signature dishes!! I admire these guys beyond words. I love their entrepreneurial spirit, their skill, and their work ethic. I think the future may belong to Asia. Just seeing the char siu in the video made my mouth water, and I love that it it isn't dyed red like the stuff here in New Zealand. And sweet and sour pork liver? OMG!
