of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti on 23rd Jan., 2014, by Dr. Vikram
Singh, former DGP of UP State, a dynamic motivational speaker, an
outstanding scholar, and a great leader in the IPS.

About the speaker:
Dr. Vikram singh, 1974 IPS is currently the Vice Chancellor of NOIDA
International University. After a long service career, recently served as
Director General of Police, UP State. He retired in May 2010.He completed
M.Sc from Allahabad university in 1972 and Ph.D (Ecology) from Kumaon
university in 1990. During his service, he has twice received President's
police Medal for his long distinguished and meritorious services. He has
also authored two books; one entitled Ecosystems of Central Himalayas and
the other one on Human rights and police. He is rated as a star speaker on
issues related to security, man-management, crisis resolution and team
building. He has been a guest speaker at over 50 renowned institutes. He
visited IIT Kanpur twice during VYC 2011 and VYC 2012, whose video links

Abstract of the talk :
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is one of the most charismatic leaders that
India has been blessed with in the last 125 Years. A brilliant student,
Nationalist, a highly spiritual person, who relentlessly fought
for India's Independence. Although he qualified ICS, he resigned the
assignment. Various incidents in his life exhibited that the kind of metal
he was made up of. His personality was greatly inspired by Swami
Vivekananda. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose successfully raised the Indian
National Army which was a model of "Unity in Diversity". Indian National
Army was constituted of men and women of all castes and communities who
displayed unflinching devotion to their motherland. It is said that Netaji
died in a plane crash. Two commissions were ordered by the Govt. of India
but unfortunately nothing much came to light. It is rumoured that the
Nation was deliberately kept in the dark about some disconcerting findings
of these commissions. There appeared to be internal reluctance to reach
the truth. The Saga of Gumnami Baba of Faizabad was never probed
incisively, with strong intent, leaving a wide gap between truth and
fiction. Undoubtedly, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is one of the greatest
patriots that India has produced in the last several decades, who is an
icon and a great source of inspiration for the young generations.

Had Bose been alive, he would have been the greatest leader of India. Gandhi & Nehru had eaten the fruits of all the hard work done by Netaji, Bhagat Singh, Veer Savarkar, etc. Our History books should be re-written giving due credit to Netaji.

an awesome lecture. we need you replicated in all the places of india. Just one small thing - regarding BharatRatna award to be given and then taken back..this is not because of Delhi govt's disrespect towards Bose, but raising protest from bengal and whole india('posthumous' term).
And we personally believe and proclaim that - WE DO NOT WANT govt of India to dare to give any award like BharatRatna to Netaji. It's toooooo small for him to offer by his nation, we are enormously indebted to him. Netaji is way ABOVE this small bharatratna..... I proposed first in social sites(FB) that, if GOI wants to give BharatRatna to 'pay homage' to Bose...then let them confer this bharatratna to gandhiji first(senior after all!)..after that we will consider this proposal.

In the last exam which was horse ridding he purposely didn't perform because he didn't want to work for the British. These people lived for their country which they considered as their Mother. 7 months Subhash Bose cleared ICS. He flunked 25 marks in Sanksrit to English translation by mistake, about which he wrote to one of his friends in India. And he was sure he won't be selected. But lord had different plans for him.
Netaji gave our freedom not by the real indirect war criminals Gandhi and Nehru. They were puppet and slaves of the British Raj throughout their lives and claimed that Netaji was a war criminal hiding in Russia under the protection of Stalin in a letter dated 27Dec1945 addressed to their boss Clement Atlee although Netaji died on 18Aug1945 as proved in my Amazon published books worldwide since 18Sept2017 in English and by Notion press since 22June2022 in Bengali. Sir, I humbly like to know your opinion about , if netaji's ideology would be implemented, perhaps we would avoid so many situations what we facing to day and such situations are pull back our country from development, some situations I rise here 1. partition, 2. jati bad, 3. intervention of religious body in regime of nation, 4. dividing people and 5. corruption of political leaders. And many more, he saw very early about these situation if the democracy(?) be implemented immediate after freedom, so he was said that first we must aware our people about the value of country and it's independence, for this we need ai least 2 decades and was said that every capable citizen should give one year in army training. Sir, it's a long discussion, which not be permit here, to know only your view about.

Those who are against Netaji and want to insult Netaji, they can say Gumnami Baba was Netaji. If he was such a coward to hide in fear of Nehru-Pant-Rajendra Prasad, he could have stayed in Calcutta in 1940-41 to eat Mach-Bhat and surrendered to Gandhi rather than going to Afghanistan-Russia-Germany-Japan to raise an army to fight the British.
According to Chandra Bose, there was a DNA test on Gumnami Baba and it was negative. That should be the end of the debate.
There is evidence that Netaji never died in the plane crash as Taiwan Government said clearly there was no such accident on that date. Mukherjee commission has the same opinion.
Prof Purabi Roy investigated the Russian angle and found out that Netaji reached Russia in 1945 and was received by the Indian consul of the Azad Hind Sarkar. She did extensive research on Netaji in the Soviet Union, which are now published as a two-volume book by the Asiatic Society in Calcutta.
The son of Abani Mukherjee one of the founder of the CPI, in 1920 in Moscow said that his father met Netaji as they were in the same camp until 1946.
My wife went to the archive of the NKVD/KGB in Moscow, as she is a highly connected Russian citizen. There are documents on Netaji in that archive but Netaji was described as a triple agent of Japan, Germany, and Britain.
In the Hindustan Times special website created by Anuj Dhar, there is one who used to live in Quetta in Balochistan and he has seen Netaji being taken by the British Soldier in 1946 to the no man's land in the border between Iran and Balochistan for execution. There was an agreement between Stalin and Churchill that they will exchange each other's prisoner and in 1946, Netaji was a citizen of the British Empire. In 1946, there were a number of such exchanges.
Thus, Netaji was executed by the British in 1946 in Balochistan.
Gumnami Baba has nothing to do with Netaji. He was made up just like Saulmari Sadhu, by the Indian intelligence service.
