25 AVENGED SEVENFOLD RIFFS MEDLEY

- I'll delete any bad comments, I don't need those. 25 Avenged Sevenfold guitar riffs rerecorded and strung together in a fashion I found to be pretty sweet. They may not be 100% right, but at least 99% right. Everything in the video was recorded and mixed by myself (meaning thats why it sounds average). Main video was recorded in one take.
Should I do more videos like this?
Guitar and bass was processed with BIASAMP.
Drums processed with Addictive Drums 2.
Recorded and mixed in Reaper.

One take is fucking incredible, flawlessly played and guitar tone is amazing. I’m just learning recording and I would definitely benefit from looking into that gear.
For some reason On the drum track, the cymbals mostly hurt my ears when I tried to listen with headphones. I’m not sure what that is or if it’s just me, but I hope there can be something done with that

they hate them because they experiment. pretty much all their albums have been different from the mainstream (except for HTTK pretty much) and people dont like when it doesnt fit the noises they hear on the regular. imo thats what makes them my favorite. they try stuff and kick ass doing it .

Dude, this medley is awesome, but I can't hear the bass even with headphones (with some exceptions) being a bass player. Apart from that, it's very good to see this type of videos, it helps with things tabs don't give you.

@@JustinHallMusic yea haha i typed that on my phone and my keyboard is super messed up. it autocorrects me in dutch so if i type an english word that is close to a dutch word it will make it that dutch word. it also for some reason always turns "it" into "iT"

I do a lot of both. Tabs are great guidelines but are often wrong, so I make tons of adjustments.

Ditch BIASAMP and invest in GR or the like, tone is really suffering compared to your spot on playing
I like your playing. But u don't add that special little detail to the notes. Like sliding or bending or anything that makes syns solos so special. Not dissing you. Just think it's something u wanna consider
