syntac just saying, there is a mission really close to you where you have to find locations if you go there, there is a cave which has loads of dire bears and loads of feroxs
In the bottom left corner of the bog Biome there is a mission where you fight off waves of enemies, you get insane loot from it, I got an ascendant tek helmet.
The one about squishing bugs with the fire spears n stuff? Got 2 assault rifles (I think ascendant it was the blue one sorry I took a huge break since extinction) and 3 flak chest plates. Very good and fun I recommend

Everyone seems the prefer the volcanic type X dinos (ie the rex and allosaurus) but honestly I prefer the bog X dinos, just because everything is mutatable and sadily you can’t change the magma colour on X dinos Besides, the butterfly like tapejara is just godtier

when the fish bites, you can snap the line by pressing K to get out of k-mode. just remain in K mode when the fish bites and it still shows the letters you're supposed to press

Hey Syntac, according to DodoDex, its gonna take about 230 bloodpacks for a 180 bloodstalker! they take a TON to tame, Anthomnia used almost 800 for his 145 on the PvP server he is on
Those unbreakable rocks and metal nodes are just like a bunch of rocks and metal nodes in the blue zone of aberration. You need to find the right angle of attack to break them with an Ankylosaurus.
I think i have actually seen some of the volcanic x-creatures walk on lava, but you should check it out in single player before you try cause you could burn your anky alive if you dont check
Awesome video as always. Just to let everyone know, they seem to have fixed the bloodstalker taming glitch, at least in single player. Taming rate settings do seem to apply now.
You need a lot more than 100 bloodbags for bloodstalkers just FYI. Tamed some yesterday on our 8x taming cluster and we got two low level ones 15 and 20 and it took 105 bloodpacks for the 15 and 155 for the 20. So for a high level bloodstalker you're gonna need like 1000
I have been messing with the color mutation on the volcano Allosaurs and I found that the lava effects on them do not change color; only the normal regions change color. I am gonna guess it is the same for the ankys. Didn't see this comment yet and figured I would post this.
It's really difficult you have to steal the eggs from basically the pits of hell doom guy would have a field day down there so unless he comes up with a really ballsy strategy I wouldn't expect it anytime soon he's probably going to need a blood stalker or a rex or something I've heard the blood stalker is the best but I really don't want to risk mine I might try a ferox Oh did I mention if the volcano erupts while you're down there it kills you instantly I found that out the hard way
@@snakeredstone9162 from my experience the blood stalker is really hard to control and it has a huge learning curve i'm still figuring it out I don't want to risk mine because it was so hard to tame so i'm going to try a ferox I have a bunch because they're bugged right now you can tame them with mejo berries so I've been building a small army of expendable feroxes
I have x7 taming on my world, it took around 850 blood packs to tame a 135 bloodstalker. So just a heads up to you Syntac. It was a real pain to get the packs btw

That poison gas came from the holes where the fire beam comes from. Died like 30 times to that gas

in the artic, by the mission: Saber Slalom, there is alot of crystal and obsidian. May be a good place to farm.
The volcanic skins are my second favorite thing about this DLC. First goes to the Magmasaur, which I hope you'll be taming soon!
