wow that was fast, I can't believe it only took two weeks for a break like that. I broke my little toe years ago in two spots and was in a cast to my knee for a month. then two weeks with the crutches after the cast was taken off.
Glad Gage is doing better and starting to walk around!

If gage wants to compare scares, I am game. 125 staples here on my right leg and a tib/fib break here. Glad he is doing good and the road to recovery is gonna be good!
I am so happy for Gage to up and around! Being confined because of a bum leg stinks. I had a micro-fracture procedure done to my knee a few years ago and was bed fast for 30 days. Then very restricted for 3 months!
Oh wow, 30 days is a long time!❤He is so happy to be able to get around again!

When I broke my ankle and had surgery I had a metal plate and screws put in. No one told me I was supposed to put weight on it. So literally for 9 weeks I didn’t put any weight on it. And my doctor expected me to just walk off without my crutches.
Make sure Gage stretches his achilles, have him take a towel, put it at the end of his foot pull back and slowly as he’s laying on the floor pull back his toes and stretch. Don’t go crazy just pull it back slowly day by day it will gradually loosen up, that’s the worst thing to do is not walk on it. Or Gage can put his foot at the edge of a step hold the handles going up the steps and keep going up and down with his foot stretching that Achilles, I’ve lived all these injuries, so you have to put the physical therapy in what you put in you get out. You’re an athlete, gage you’ve got this.
How does he have no cast 2 weeks after a major break?

and still got my lego sets and new ones
monoply a game that last a few hours and 1 game i start and ends up finishing the next day
