Hi this is a genuine constructive criticism comment: Have you considered filming the taste test portion of each item as soon as you finish cooking them and then just editing it to go at the end of the video? This way the snacks are fresh when you taste them and the viewers get a better idea of what it'd be like! I love ur videos :)

I think with the with the pizza cup things, you want to use a low moisture mozzarella! I think that's what happened to those guys. The full moisture mozzarella creates those juices that you blotted up. Hope this helps!!! :))

You should use part skim, low moisture mozzarella. This will significantly cut down on things being "wet" and greasy. That's why you had pools of oil on your cups

I think using the fresh Mozz for the pizza chips is why it went wrong.....freshly ground mozz has so much moisture in it....you need a low moisture mozz
