Yes, and considering that Putin rose to power by staging bombings on Russian domestic areas and blaming it on the Chechens (1999 apartment bombings), I wouldn't put it past him to rocket his own people as a means to an end. Could still be Ukraine, but until there's hard proof I'm pretty skeptical.

It could have come in very low from the North East but that’s from inside Russia . It could also be a bomb inside the building as it was a very large explosion , too big to be a domestic gas explosion . For me, we need to reserve judgement until we have all the facts, as we know Ukraine does not target civilians generally, and does it's best to avoid them. Unfortunately, sometimes when incoming Ukraine munitions are shot down they go off target and this can be the result, and I feel for the innocent people caught up in this. It is also possible they targeted off duty personal or could it be a false flag operation? The truth will come out, eventually...

Clearly civilian targeting at its most murderous. Russia's response could be surprising.
For me, we need to reserve judgement until we have all the facts, as we know Ukraine does not target civilians generally, and does it's best to avoid them.
Unfortunately, sometimes when incoming Ukraine munitions are shot down they go off target and this can be the result, and I feel for the innocent people caught up in this.
It is also possible they targeted off duty personal or could it be a false flag operation?
