He was in control of the officer and stopped breathing for at least 3 to 4 minutes before he died. Even if they suspected he might overdose, they put him in a position that will stole breathing, don't check on him when he stops breathing to perform life saving measures. Either way they fucked up. Lets be clear: This guy is guilty of failing to intervene. But he also was never educated in his Constitutional and Federal Law requirement to do so. Now he is being victimized by the woke leftist mob/ and Courts due to and because of this ignorance (and lack of training/ education). They are making an example out of him, unjustly.
Never is mentioned the fact of the drugs in George Floyds system, which contributed to his death. Never is mentioned the crimes and behaviors of himself (Personal Responsibility), that precipitated his death/ put him in the position of encountering Police. Never is mentioned his criminal history of robbing and holding a woman and her children at gunpoint during one of several suspected home invasion robberies.

Never is mentioned the fact that under Minnesota Law and Federal Law/ Law Enforcement Training/ Policy, the knee hold was considered a lawful hold and police tactic to control a person [presumably] resisting arrest to gain compliance.
So the entire system is screwed up. And yet the Governments of Minnesota, nor the United States, nor any other institution, Law Enforcement Agencies, etc. have revised their training. Police Unions, as well as Qualified Immunity protecting Police Officers.
The reality is NO GOVERNMENT WORKER, should have Qualifed Immunity. And Qualified Immunity will never be abolished so long as Prosecutors enjoy Prosecutorial Immunity for their Crimes (and misconduct) and Judges enjoy "Judicial Immunity" for their crimes, indiscretions, and Judicial Misconduct.
The collective for-profit Government Criminal Justice System and Prison Industrial Complex is a Universal and all encompassing Institution of Law and Profit, an Industry, many times over Morality, Decency, or Common Sense/ Reasoning/ Rational Though, founded and molded over centuries.
These people are powerful and have undue/ unwarranted protections, and until We the People removed their undue influence and false corrupt protections for their crimes and misconduct, the False/ Corrupt Protections of Qualified Immunity for Police Officers and Governement Employees, will never be removed/ abolished.
Of course this removal of unwarranted Immunities for Police Officers and Government Employees, can never be removed, until we train them properly, including and especially in Constitutional Law, and Federal Law. The system is corrupt because it punishes Police Officers and Citizens alike, for their ignorance of the Law.
Yet every year instead of the Legislators doing at least half their job, and repealing Unconstitutional, Unjust, Unnecessary Laws, they literally NEVER repeal laws, because it pays them nothing to do so. This is the corrupt influence of MONEY over service to our Nation, and their Constituents.
They do not receive Lobbying, Campaign Contributions, or Career Advancement Opportunities, for repealing laws. Yet a small limited Government continues to grow out of control, and become increasingly corrupt, tyrannical, treasonous, and bureaucratic, gradually removing all vestiges of Liberty, Freedom, and Opportunity for the people.
Are we supposed to on the one hand accuse a police office of failing to intervene, and neglecting or dereliction of duty, while at the same time, never training him that he has a duty and obligation to intervene against his fellow armed officers?
Are we supposed to merely allow it to devolve into violence and a potential shootout between officers? This is the most foolish, irresponsible, ignorant, and corrupted institutional system in existence (arguably).
Indeed there is far greater responsibility in this event/ crime (the death/ murder of George Floyd), but Government branches and the Judiciary at all levels (State, Local, Federal) but only citizens (the Police Officers themselves) will ever be held accountable. There will be no systemic reform, or anyone in BLM, George Soros, or anyone else, Lobbying Politicians and Organizing/ Enforcing Real Systemic Change, Drafting Legislation, etc.

I think he is being sincere, maybe it never crossed into his mind that Floyd was going to be killed by that monster. What put Thao into jail was the fact that he did not do anything to stop the monster. You and I know that right now he is sorry for not doing what he was supposed to do and he will have to live with it for the rest of his life and that is going to be like a death sentence for him.

I think he has integrity. I agree with you. Like I said to you before, he never thought that the racist monsters was never going to kill Lloyd. Putting myself in his shoes, maybe I would have warmed the racist not to apply so much unnecessary force into Lloyd especially knowing that Lloyd was not putting resistance. That was Thao's only mistake, as for the rest I agree with you. But really Thao trusted the racist's poor judgement and did not look at the situation carefully. This is why he is in jail, but not doing anything to defend Lloyd from the racist. @@KnockoutInvesting

Remorse for what? George Floyd ignored 75+ commands and made them take him to the ground. He let his legs give out while telling them to take him to the ground because he doesnt want to go in the cop car because hes "claustrophobic" even though he was literally just in a car with 2 other people.
You morons dont even know the facts of this case. Id bet you didnt even watch a day of the Chauvin trial where all the evidence was laid out regarding Floyd.
Its amazing how youll protect a lifetime criminal who did porn and was addicted to drugs and did so many people wrong, and criticize and hate on the poeple tasked with dealing with thug criminals like him that literally do this to themselves. They always force the cops to have to react like this.
There wasnt one single thing Floyd did that was reasonable leading up to his death. Not one single thing. He did precisely NOTHING to comply or show any interest in complying with the police.
Sorry, but thats not an option unless youre a lifetime criminal and become confused by following the same lawful orders that everyone else has to follow.
Black people arent special. You dont follow orders, you get taken down, regardless if you ate a speedball and didnt tell anyone about it and have heart problems and just had COVID.
He did all that, not the cops. The cops were just on a routine patrol that day. What was floyd doing? Was he out protecting his neighborhood or was he stealing from it by using fake money?
This is why our culture is so fucked up. You idiots worshipping the criminals and finding fault in the reaction of the people tasked at preventing these same criminals.
These guys are getting prison because of a fear of more riots because they know how ready to destroy this country people are, over a lifetime thug criminal who did nothing for anybody but himself his whole life and never took care of his kid.
