I worked with disabled people for over fifty years, and my experiences taught me that disability wasn’t always a physical impairment or mental condition with a label that disabled a person. I came to believe that some people who cannot be diagnosed other than having their wires crossed or are “bent” are inherently unreliable. There are practical indicators for these people.
Take 100 people who apply for a job. Look at the bottom two in that group. These two people are never selected for any job, regardless of the applicant pool or job requirements. They don’t make it to work on time, can’t handle the simplest instructions and cannot function in any organized setting; in the Reich, they were the Untermensch.
I believe you’re making the mistake of treating them as if they stepped out of a James Bond film like trained assassins. They are not assassins; they are screw-ups. The real assassins are not the people at the bottom. They’re the people at the top, stirring the pot; they are the actual terrorists and the ones begging for and deserving justice.

Treat it with stimulants, and you can turn a workaholic into a more efficient workaholic. Most ADHDers are functional people, different, maybe, but they can deal with their (mis)perceived inadequacies with lifestyle changes, not allopathic medication. The people I’m talking about appear bent. Their Global Assessment of Function is below fifty, the belief system is off-kilter and thought process is chaos. He knew that one was mentally disabled and still was willing to feed him to the wolves. He was under the impression that after the job was done, he'd get $250,000 and was on tape with the informant saying he didn't care about the others getting paid, he was ready to sell them out.
He should still be freed, but he was the one on hundreds of hours of tape talking about blowing up whatever had to be blown up, doing whatever for money and jihad. He was entrapped but he recruited the others and said a lot of very incriminating things on all those hours of tape, that could be why, I'm not sure though.
