I make breakfast tacos all the time! I haven't tried it as an omelette!! Tfs 😊❤️
It does look amazing and delicious! May I make a suggestion if you don't mind. Place your tortilla in a oven proof skillet in a little butter, then saute the filling of your choice with seasoning and por over the tortilla and then put in the oven on 350 or 400 until bubbly. You did an amazing job stove top!! I hope I didn't offend you! Just trying to help!! Blessings
