    😭 I spent the best years of my life there from 1989 to 1993. It's all gone. Time marches on.

    Love Avalon Park! Are the homes in Avalon Park right where they are building the town center or do you have to drive from the neighbourhood to the town center?

      Currently the homes are not but they will definitely build closer as they continue

    Unless wages go up significantly in every market in Florida…these price points will remain unaffordable for 95% of the locals in every market!!!

    Wiregrass will not survive in its current state the turn over rate in tenants is crazy , it’s near to a flea market major stores have pulled out or on the way out in bankruptcy. The smartest thing to do here is mirror channel side restaurant’s entertainment pubs bars this will increase daily visitor . As it is now the poor business only get foot traffics Saturday and Christmas time they can’t afford to pay rent hence why it was sold .brick and mortar are out people don’t shop instore the inflation in crazy because the rent there is so high. I’m not sure where you guys are getting your info ,if they poor more money into upgrades and increase rent they will loose money and in desperate need to try resale it Channelside all over again but this will be worse

      I guess we will have to wait and see. The fact is that is DID sell. How it will turn out….? We will have to see. It looks like you might be the one to manage this place and get it to where it needs to be 🤓

      I think that’s all malls in general. On line shopping, which grew exponentially during Covid, has changed us permanently! Most other malls have either gone the entertainment, ( restaurants, bars, gaming), route or they become Health Care complexes!
