- Winter Haven Florida is becoming a city that is known for a few common things: Near Lakeland, chain of lakes, water skiing, and had been becoming an affordable option for people that are looking to move to Orlando Florida or even Tampa. Today we are showing you communities and pockets of homes that give that HOA feel but do not have any HOA! Everyone wants to have that benefits to an HOA but just simply do not want to pay and have someone tell them what they can or cant do. Well.... here you are :)

I am looking a house in winter heaven scared to leave 1 hour way from Tampa , but this video gave me a better idea , that is no that bad.
